We stopped in this week and got the Toffee Coffee, Sugar Cookie, and the peanut butter cookie! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ❤️
I emailed a little over a week before a shower I was hosting. I found my inspiration on Pinterest and asked if they thought they could do it. They quickly responded and said yes. They were quick to respond and when I arrived on pick up day they were ready.
They not only looked beautiful they were DELICIOUS, too! Love their story and will definitely return!!

I ordered a 3 tier coffee toffee cookie cake for my wedding. It was amazing! Everyone was great to work with and the cake was delicious! I can't recommend Cara's Cookie Company enough!

Nice thick and soft cookies. You push a button for someone to come out front to help you. You can see them in the back mixing and making items. They also had some gluten-free options. Conveniently located in the Gibson Mills Marketplace hall food court. We tried the peanut butter cookie and the oatmeal raisin (I thought I ordered chocolate chip) but both were tasty. Try a Push Pop for a really sweet treat!Small business here, so definitely stop by and support them.

First time ordering, and I am so impressed!! Ordering was simple and an employee messaged me quickly for details on my cake. Not only was the cookie cake beautiful and just how I had wanted, it tasted even better! I will be ordering again!

I was a very frequent customer of Caras. Service was never great but hey you go for the cookies right? The issue sometimes is the cookie is inconsistent from batch to batch but I would keep going because when they are good they are very good. However, the last time I went the cookie tasted like flour, and it was very white, almost like they forgot to put butter. I took it back and asked if I could exchange it for a different cookie and they would not allow me, only for another of the same type. The issue is all the chocolate chip cookies looked like the one I received. I told her I did not agree with this policy, and because of one cookie that was obviously bad, and refusal to work with me on a very reasonable request, they have lost a repeat customer.

These cookies were a huge hit at my baby shower! I contacted Cara’s cookie co last minute due to another bakery forgetting our order and turning us down a week before the shower. They were so helpful and were able to make these beautiful cookies in time for the shower. I sent them a few inspiration photos and they nailed the design and theme perfectly!! I will be using them for all my cookie needs and my guests at the shower will too!

Cara’s Cookies are like a piece of art! Tom went above and beyond to create the most beautiful and delicious custom cookies for our daughter’s “first rodeo” birthday party. We received many compliments and there were none left at the end, they were a huge hit! Thank you for listening to our ask and helping make her first birthday so special.
Kid-friendliness: All the children at my daughter’s 1st birthday party loved these cookies. My friend’s 3 year old son said his favorite part of the party was the cookie lol I highly recommend for any and all kid parties.

Been to the Gibson mill and tried some of their goodies since last year Christmas time. And we’ve never stopped coming back since. Recently we had a cookie cake made for my Cookie Monster obsessed 3 year old! And it was phenomenal! And the customer service. Getting the order set up felt like I was talking to a friend. You can’t beat this place!

I needed a last minute corporate gift and Tom at Cara's Cookie Co was so helpful about taking a order and getting it ready quickly. My client was so extremely happy and said everything they had was so delicious, especially the snickerdoodle. I will definitely be using them again!

these cookies look delicious.. but I got one of the sprinkle covered sugar cookies this weekend and it was so disappointing.. i knew as soon as i pulled it out of the bag and it was heavy as a brick. it wasn’t chewy OR crispy.. it was so DENSE and the flavor was just strange.. it tasted like raw flour and tons of butter with a little sugar thrown in. maybe it was just an “off” batch, as this is my first (and likely last) visit here. but if not, i have no idea how they stay in business. worst sugar cookie i’ve ever had- in both flavor and texture.
Their cookies were perfect and a hit at a 90th birthday surprise! They had wonderful, professional, and kind customer service. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for lunch and got cookies for dessert. I had Oreo Crunch and my wife had the Gatsby. These were some of the best cookies we ever had. We will be back.
My whole family loves Cara's Cookies...the brookie (brownie and choc chip cookie) and sugar cookies are our go to's when we visit Gibson Mill. I love the story about how they got started. Such a great tribute to their late daughter.
