Our daughters received their black belts in Tae Kwon Do and we wanted some festive cookies to celebrate. When I reached out to Jen she was quick to respond. I sent her a picture of what we wanted and let her know when we needed the cookies. When I picked up the cookies they were perfect. They were exactly as I had requested and tasted fantastic! We also picked up several of their other cookies for our group to try. The Oreo was definitely the favorite. We will definitely order from her again! Can’t say enough great things about Cara’s Cookies.

What a delightful experience. We needed 5 dozen cookies for our son’s rehearsal dinner. We chose 5 different flavors including the double chocolate chip gluten-free cookies. We were able to select a color preference for the sugar cookie sprinkles to match the wedding colors. The cookies were delivered to our venue and everyone raved about them. They are absolutely delicious! Highly recommend Cara’s Cookies.Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten-free cookies!

I recently had cookies made for a baby shower and they were absolutely amazing! I live in TX and was hosting a shower in Concord NC. I came across Cara’s Cookies on a previous trip to NC and loved the cookies and the story behind them. I thought what better way to support a local company with such a heartfelt mission, than have them make the cookies for the baby shower! Tom and his crew made it so easy. He communicated with me via text by sharing ideas and options. On the day of the shower I picked up the most perfect cookies! The decorated cookies were absolutely beautiful and the colors matched the shower decor perfectly. The chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies (not pictured) were beautiful and tasted so very good. The cookies were so soft and flavorful! I highly recommend Cara’s Cookies!

These cookies are simply not good and overpriced. I asked the employee if the cookies are fresh and she said no, they were baked the day before. All 5 people with me tried the cookie and agreed it tasted very bad and had a horrible texture (it was really hard). Only giving 1 star because the center was *decent* when I heated up in the microwave. You're much better off going to Crumbl or Cookie Co.

My son and I got cookies from here after visiting High Branch and then eating at the Mexican place in Gibson Mills yesterday. When we walked up to the counter, I didn't see an employee, so I ducked to look through the window they have into their kitchen, and saw a teenage employee who seemed to be eating, but it got her attention. When she walked out, in a very rude/condescending way, she said "you know we have a bell" as she pointed to a doorbell looking mechanism on the counter. Maybe I should've been paying better attention but the attitude wasn't necessary. The cookies are great btw and I might go back but this was a very off-putting scenario and unnecessary to say the least.

Best cookies in the Charlotte area, located in the Gibson Mill Market! They have a variety of flavors to chose from and their service is quick and seamless, I will definitely be going back!

If you’re looking for a gluten free cookie… run, don’t walk to Cara’s! The double chocolate cookie with m&m is one of the best I’ve ever had. All of their cookies are so so good!!

Hands down one of the best cookies you’ll ever eat! This one happens to be gluten free but you’d never know! They are huge in size and favor! Definitely check them out!

I work for a race team and I was trying to call them to get some thing for tomorrow and there is no phone number listed. No phone number listed on the website either. Not a good way to do business.
