First time here. Sorry to say but I shouldn’t have come here to eat. The fries are not good. Not cooked all the way. Cheesesteak too salty. I got dine in just to try it out. Not worth 15 dollars. Take a look. Can not eat this. I repeat I cannot eat this salt log.it taste nasty greasy and salty. Never will be back again. It’s in the trash.

I got a cheesesteak combo today. When I got home it was still warm, first bite overly salty . Too salty for me to finish. Within 30 minutes I really regretted going there. I gave 3 stars for service and atmosphere. Because he was polite. But I will never eat there again.

Customer service was ok. I did ask for a burger no cheese. I asked if there were lettuce, tomatoes etc... he said yes.Fries were hot and fresh. Burger was not good. It had the cheese I didn't want and bacon. Not sure what or where the "beef" was from but after 2 bites I thru it away.not pleased with the meal for the price.

Had I known "Brasas Latin Fusion" bought this place out, I would not of ordered. The little middle aged lady taking orders at the front is rude as hell. The chicken quesadilla had zero cheese. I'm not kidding, it was just chicken with no cheese what so ever. The original Carolina Grill made the cheesest quesadillas for like $5, this place charged $10 and didn't even bother to ad cheese. They've over priced all the original items, and short you on the ingredients. The Phillys had no seasoning on the meat, onions, or mushrooms, and barely cheese. Not even cooked with salt. Why these people trying to pretend to be Carolina when it's clearly been bought out. I think it's pretty shady to keep the original name and dupe the customers like that. My receipt literally said "Brasas Latin Fusion".. Why they lie?

THEY ARE NOW CLOSED AND HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT! It’s a shame that they are gone, I loved their cheesesteaks and fries :(. About 2 weeks ago a new place tookover. They also serve cheesesteaks but just keep in mind it is not the same recipes and the previous company. Bummer :/

Food took forever, even though there was no one ahead of us, everyone seems to running about like chickens without heads but not actually doing anything. The one thing my 4 year old would eat on the menu, they didn't have. We were not informed of this until about 10 minutes into our wait for our food. I rarely give bad reviews but good grief. It shouldn't take almost 20 minutes to get one kids meal.

This was my first time eating here. I purchased the Philly cheesesteak and it is great. The food is made fresh to order. The time frame to make the order is reasonable. I would eat here again. I recommend this establishment.

The reason for the 1 star is because the man is running a special on the chicken quesadillas for 5.99 and only the middle of the quesadilla have meat on it. Then when I took it back to him he told me what do I want for 5.99. I will never go back to this place ever. Then when I asked for my money back he tried to give me just 6 dollars back without the tax. Then he told me what do you want a tip as well.

First time here. Was delicious!! Would recommend!!

My friends and I were here and we eat cheesesteaks and chicken phillly. They were the best ever. And the people were very friendly especially the owner. And one more thing for the people out there that are complaining about to pay 50 cents for clean cup of ice water. Get real! Cups cost money. We will come back soon.

The Food was great. The customer service could be better though. And they are stingy with refills on drinks. I'd give it 4 stars if the staff had better attitudes and they gave refills.

Customer service is horrible! They wanted to charge me for SINK water for my daughters service animal… and then the teens working there thought it was cute to be sarcastic and have an attitude.. I would NOT give them a dime of my money to help their business!
