This was my first time trying CAVA. I was excited, but it failed my expectations. The floor was sticky, and the tables were sticky. The biggest disappointment was protein portions! I had chicken and felafel, and I had trouble finding chicken in the bowl! Also, it had 2 miniature size felafel! The basic proteins are just 3. Rest are all at $3-$5 extra charge. Roasted vegetables are not included as they are part of protein! Compared to Chipotle, this place is a rip-off! It is better to go to an Arabic place and have legit portions.

I ordered 2 sides of falafel and asked for a side of tzatziki for dipping. I got charged $3.35 for the tzatziki. Absolutely ridiculous. One side of falafel is only 4 pieces too. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Alayna was a perfect server. she put just the right amount in my bowl. she was so sweet and had explained to me every type of meat and add on possible. She had told me she had just started out working there, great hire Cava! 10/10 recommend!!
