Places a preorder for 25 wings for superbowl Sunday. Placed it a day in advance. Get there, it’s not ready. Two people ask me about my order and then run off to take other people’s orders. Find out after 15 minutes they never made my order. Instead of fixing that mistake, they made me wait and eventually told us they were filling large orders only and everyone could call another number for a refund. Don’t use them if it’s an important event. They can’t handle it.

I ordered a dbl cheeseburger an angus burger with 2 orders of fries with cheese and a 10 piece wing with mozzarella sticks. The store was maybe 20 mims from my house but took uber over a hour. All the food was cold the cheese fries were a joke. Literally it had a sprinkle of cheese so i basically got regular fries. Would not recommend this establishment

Best fries I've ever eaten in my life. Amazing burger, the young lady at the register was so chill and laid back. Please give her a raise.

This place is becoming a joke. The people working there dont even know what they offer on the menu. I TRIED to order a Hawaiian burger but she had no clue what that was. For real? You have a picture of it on your wall as you walk in the restaurant. Do better.

Please do not eat here as I found an actual staple in my food. When I called and asked to speak with management I was put on with two
employees who refused to let me speak with someone to hopefully warn them from potentially harming any customers.

I hope this is their first and last incident of leaving foreign objects in food as someone could have gotten seriously injured
