I have never experienced service this bad when visiting chik fil a . Friday Dec. 5th 9:37 pm . Anna was extremely rude when we asked for our order to be fixed . Management definitely needs to advise . No customer should be treated this way . If you’re reading this , take my advice and drive a few miles down the road to a Chick-fil-A who values their customers . I’m disappointed to say the least.

I’m usually very pleased with Chik fil a no matter what state I’m in. I’ve always valued the consistency of customer service at all the locations until today. Gentleman that took my order, didn’t pay attention to what I said, so I paid more than what I should have, then he had to refund me and had an attitude. Which we could have saved all that if he would have listened to me in the first place. I asked for no pickles on my #1 and to my surprise it taste like they just removed the pickles off the sandwich that had already been made because i could still taste the pickle juice. Fries were not fresh. No need to complain in the store because employees running around on their phones, talking to their friends inside and outside in the parking lot. Before i leave, I go to grab a refill and there are 5 employees standing having a full blown conversation including the manager “Annah!” Nobody offers to get me a refill. Crazy work. It took the trainer “Todd” walking from drive thru to ask me if I needed a refill. Kudos to him. I’m sure this location is a really fun place to work as no one here seems to take it serious. Hopefully it will get better with time

The rice in my bowl was hard. I asked for double chicken and barely got a full portion. I eat chipotle multiple times a week and have never been so disappointed. Did not even touch the rice after the first few bites. Wasted my money here…

I ordered a meal with a side of Kale Salad drove home they forgot to put my salad in my bag, I called back up there they said they would comp my salad when I returned. I returned a couple days later and stated I would like to order a lemonade with my kale salad however I did express that the lemonade should be comp as well due to me having to return the Manager Chloe refused to comp me and said it with an attitude.

Idk what happened but the fries were horrible. They use to be really good. Lately from any location they've been saltless and mushy. That was my 3rd time with the bad fries. 1st time at this location
This morning I came to pick up a mobile order. There was a little issue but the two ladies at the front were absolutely amazing and so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for all of your help Leah and Aleah
