The mobile thru is so slow here. The regular line moves faster. I sometimes just order a drink and I see 5+ cars get food and drinks in the other line before I get my single drink. This isn’t just a one time thing, I’ve witnessed it a lot. I really wish they would figure it out.

The scan and go sucks because I do that so that way is more time efficient for everyone. I got there first and you would assume you will be the first one to get their food but that's not case. Five cars got there after me in the normal drive-thru and they all got their food before me and i know that because i counted them so if you want your food just go through the normal drive- thru. I normally been doing the scan and go multi times and every single time it was the same experience hoping it would be eventually change the way they run things but I guess not. Anyways that's been my experience hopefully your is different.

I will absolutely never patronize Chick Fil A after my experience with this location. I drove there for the free chicken sandwich which had been advertised all over the place. For some reason, it wasn't pulling up as a reward in my account. I spoke with the Manager, Jordan Director, who shared that the stores have nothing to do with the app and there was nothing he could do because they are not able to just give a way free sandwiches. Totally ridiculous when you're advertising giving away free sandwiches all week. I would rather take my money elsewhere with folks that understand customer service. Do better Chick Fil A!

I can always count on this Chick-fil-A for good fresh hot food and friendly service.
Jessie from the drive thru for no reason antagonized my dog. Which just led to the infants crying in the car from all the barking.
The rest of the drive thru staff were all just congregating and doing nothing except for gossiping any TikTok and instagram drama. Told Jessie that there was no reason for antagonizing the dog.
Might not be his real name and that’s okay. But there was absolutely no reason to antagonize anyone’s dog. I’d Never seen a more empty chick fil a drive thru in my life, but now it might make sense.
Something told me to double check the bag, and I went against my instinct. lol Eating my strawberry milkshake with a spoon because they forgot the straw so sad 😭

I came through around 9:45 and I didn’t realize that they had a mobile order only line, I accidentally went through the wrong side and the employees stared at me and didn’t speak to me then they finally came over and I asked if they take orders on this side as well. She responded very rudely and said no you’ll just have to go back around. Mind you there was only one other car in the lane beside me. I was not up to dealing with the attitude so I just left.

Convenient location. The parking lot felt like it had a strange layout. Food was delicious and service was fast and efficient. I always give 5 stars if they give me a creamy salsa dressing for free to spice up my spicy deluxe meal! The best!!
