Terrible service they got my order wrong and they couldn’t even redo my order. They gave me the same thing In return I ordered a chicken hash brown scramble bowl with extra cheese. They didn’t add the cheese so I had to drive back and they couldn’t even give me a fresh bowl. They just gave me the same one with cheese It was all dry

Afton Chick-fil-a is almost unmatched. They're so quick with it. Everyone here is always super nice and friendly. I enjoy each trip taken here and the location is always doing a lil something for/with the community, I love it. Food is always fresh, can pull off without having to worry if I got all my items. That's like the best part is knowing you actually get what you paid for.

I’ve been to a few Chick-Fil-A’s and am used to the kind and professional employees who create a welcoming atmosphere. This one is alright. The only reason I’m writing this review is because I’m just kind of… surprised? The food is good, our order wasn’t completely correct but that’s whatever, we still obviously enjoyed our food and took it as is. The employees though seem to lack a sort of professionalism. I do not expect them to act like robots, especially not at a job like Chick-Fil-A, but speaking loudly about your personal life to coworkers around the store while acting childish infront of customers creates an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. I just came here to eat and chill and the experience was just off?

I placed a pickup order here and i’m am extremely satisfied with my order. My fries omg my fries were so fresh!!! The best i’ve had at any chick fila. The chickfila deluxe was delicious as well. My sunjoy was pretty good, just wish it was a tad sweeter— but next time i’ll just ask for sugar packets. The service was fast and i was greeted with a smile. i was beyond happy for my service and i will definitely be making this my regular store !!

I hate the pressure sales tactics and up selling and suggestive selling. They've put high pressure sales tactics in the drive through. The food is great. Employees in the drive through lane, no so great.

The mobile thru is so slow here. The regular line moves faster. I sometimes just order a drink and I see 5+ cars get food and drinks in the other line before I get my single drink. This isn’t just a one time thing, I’ve witnessed it a lot. I really wish they would figure it out.
