Went to Chick-fil-A on a busy Saturday, didn't know that I needed to ask for hot fries and when I got my meal the fries were not hot and had to wait about five minutes to receive hot fries.

I placed an online order for breakfast and paid at 10:27 while waiting in the drive through line to secure my breakfast. The worker walks up to my car at 10:30 and said he couldn’t serve me breakfast even though I had paid for it and I had to cancel my order. This is very unprofessional especially since the app indicates, “arrive by 10:30.” Very Disappointed and Unsatisfied

Tuesday, 10/28/2025 at 7:50pm. Some of the lowest quality food I’ve ever purchased ESPECIALLY from Chick-fil-A. It’s one thing for the team members to be rude and not talk or say anything when giving me my drinks and food but it’s a whole other thing to outright use old/unfiltered oil for the nuggets. This entire order went in the trash. The fries were so low in the boxes with a ridiculous amount of small pieces and bad/black spots on multiple fries but somehow also undercooked potatoes that got stuck together, so they didn’t even shake the basket. The drinks had spilled liquids (assuming soda/tea) on the sides. I’m beyond frustrated with this experience. Please reevaluate the people you have working the night shift.

This is by far one of the worst locations I have ever been to, and unfortunately is located closest to our home. At this point, I would be willing to go to the two other locations that are semi close to my home because this one consistently has inconsistencies in the evening time. Of the last six times that we have been there in the evening after games or activities, we have been missing items or missing full meals. We always have to go in and get our food because either the line is wrapping around the building and is extremely slow or it’s fast and the person they provide at the window is absolutely no help. Saying that you will talk with your team members about consistency is not good enough when it’s a consistent issue. When we order our food because we are already lacking on time, we definitely expect to get exactly what we ordered. I would not recommend this location to anyone even with it being the closest location to a major shopping area. I rather drive three exits to the next one just so I can guarantee that they will deliver food at the expected level of Chick-fil-A locations.
