One of the worst Chick-fil-As in the area!!! They don't fulfill orders correctly. They underserve on fries. They talk about other customers negatively in hearing range of other cars. It is a full on disaster over there.

Profiling & Prejudice....This girl treated me like I was trying to steal. I walked in and gave my name to a guy and I asked for my food. He gave it to me. I asked him can they keep it behind the counter while I run to the bathroom. I came out and asked a different person (female) for my food and she's withholding my food asking to see my confirmation email.What about me looks like I'm trying to steal. I've been to enough CFAs including this one and they never ask for my confirmation email. I give my name and thats it. In fact they usually just call out a name and if you raise your hand they just give you the food. The fact that I know that is NOT COMMON practice to ask for additional verification beyond the name is what makes it offensive. Why are you requiring extra of me when I've already come in here and experienced first hand that I don't need to do an additional verification.Profiling & prejudice at its best.

So I was just in drive thru for 25 min and no one came up to my car to ask me for my order. When I finally made it to the window the manager told me he was not going to take my order “we’re busy”. I told him that no once came up to my window and that’s bad customer service that he did not take my order at the window. I am so disappointed in the service and the customer service. The manager was so rude to me I can’t believe we live in a world like this now! A manager is supposed to go above and beyond for your customers especially chic fil la since they’re a family company!
Service sucked today… food was fine. Won’t be coming back to this location.
