Today was the first time I've ever had an issue at this location. I had placed a mobile breakfast order, stopped at the speaker and told the team member I was there for a mobile order and gave her my name. Somehow, I received someone else's order and after telling the team member what I actually ordered, I was told that I was supposed to have stopped at the speaker and tell them in advance I was there for a mobile order (which I did). Not sure how all of this got mixed up. Maybe during peak times, have one lane for mobile orders and the other for window orders.

New one on hwy 29 near Multiply Church. If you go there at night while they APPEAR to be open, the employees inside -knowing you're waiting- will let you sit at the order screen as long as you can stand it, without having the courtesy to tell you they're closed!!! 4 or 5 of us got tired of waiting and left. Girls inside appeared to be laughing at us.

Chick fil a chicken has changed. They now allow the use of antibiotics on their chickens, starting this year I believe. I found this out after getting nasty tasting chicken multiple times recently. Maybe the use of antibiotics is fine and all, but something has changed recently. I'm no longer a fan of chick fil a. We just tried it again today and the majority of the food was gross. Chick fil a use to always be good. RIP CFA
