There’s a woman who works in the morning I believe her name is Emily. She is always so nice and has gotten to remember my name and order! Her customer service skills is top notch!! Way to go!
Today was the first time I've ever had an issue at this location. I had placed a mobile breakfast order, stopped at the speaker and told the team member I was there for a mobile order and gave her my name. Somehow, I received someone else's order and after telling the team member what I actually ordered, I was told that I was supposed to have stopped at the speaker and tell them in advance I was there for a mobile order (which I did). Not sure how all of this got mixed...
