Chicken Salad Chick

I love chicken salad chick and never had a bad experience until today. I ordered on DoorDash and ordered the Dixie chix and received the Barbie-Q instead, I also ordered a classic carol and that came correct but there was several black hairs in my food. DoorDash refunded the 2 items but was still disappointing.

Worst Chicken Salad Chick I've ever been in....the manager didn't know what he was talking about. Had to go back because all my order was not in bag.

Food is delicious but the customer service is horrible.

Very antagonistic behavior from the KEN AND KAREN employees.

Apparently there’s a viral video from a situation at touch down wings in Atl.

The nerve of these employees to try to provide and unwarranted reaction from me.

I placed and paid for an order and they tried to triple quadruple check my order as tho I didn’t pay thinking I would get upset because the order already paid for instead I chuckled at the ignorance because yall know damn well the order was paid for!

The food is always amazing, and the restaurant is always relatively clean. There may be crumbs left on a table cloth here and there, but otherwise spotless! The guys at check-out kept trying to up-sell us on more food, but weren't too pushy and light-hearted about it which was nice vs the usual sales pitch/push

Dietary restrictions: Great option for those of us in the gluten-free community!! Just order without crackers, check if any salads use soy sauce or other common gluten carrying ingredients, the staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful about identifying any ingredients you may be concerned about!!

This is my second time eating here and I love the Classic Carol, grape salad, and tri color pasta salad. Al are very delicious and fresh. I’ve the crackers that come with the scoops.

A cozy place in a busy shopping center. The food was delicious and pretty good portioning for the cost. Service was super friendly and let me know they did samples which I thought was super rad. Would definitely come here again

Things are changing and I am not happy! I went to Chicken Salad Chick two weeks ago with a group of friends and our experience was fantastic! Today's visit was absolutely horrible. My sandwich today had literally half as much chicken salad on it than the sandwich I had two weeks ago, which was such a huge difference! The tomatoes today were hard, tough, and more white than red. And the grape salad portion was an absolute joke! Why such a discrepancy? Most of the tables were still dirty, sticky, and not cleaned off. The overall environment of the restaurant today was cold, sterile, and unfriendly but when I was there two weeks ago, the staff couldn't have been more friendly! Not sure I'll be going back anytime soon.

Service excellent! However VERY DIRTY ON INSIDE! I mean carpets, doors, behind pop machine’! I can’t imagine what the back looks like! Lori was amazing !

From what I can tell in my research, this is the only location that does not have the classic Carol chicken salad. This is a travesty, as I was eating this particular chicken salad 2-3 times a week. I am a traditional list and prefer the classic southern chicken salad.

My wife, son, and I came in tonight, far too close to close. The staff were very friendly and didn't attempt to rush us through our dinner, although we did rush ourselves out of respect for the employees. Food was fantastic (as it always is in my experience) we highly recommend this location.
