Lori was great! Very friendly! We’ve been coming here for months now and haven’t had any problems at all. The Kickin Kay Lynne chicken salad has just the right amount of spiciness! I got it on the bacon cheddar melt. I also like the cut lemons next to the lemonade.

I ordered a scoop meal with broccoli salad but they gave me pasta salad instead. The food was bland at best.

The cashier was super sweet. My kids meal was amazing. I finally got the courage to try a different flavor and the broccoli Salad. 10/10

This was the best chicken salad sandwich I have ever had. Great customer service, and staff!

This was my first visit! As soon as I walked in, I received the warmest welcome greeting from Lori! She’s a sweetheart and was so helpful telling me all about the Chicken Salad Chick. As I looked around the restaurant, I felt a warmth about it & fell in love with their concept!

The employees told me about the bakery called Piece of Cake in Atlanta which makes all of their cakes! Which by the way was absolutely delish!

I ordered the Classic Carol croissant trio with the broccoli salad and that Mac & cheese was the creamiest I have ever tasted. I’m also glad they had fresh brewed sweet tea.

I brought home the cake and the fancy Nancy from their quick chick (grab & go type of thing) and a chicken poblano soup to go, I knew my husband would want to try (he usually travels with me). He is the biggest food critic and he loved everything he tried. Wow!
I knew he would! I took lots of pictures and I highly recommend a visit!

PS after trying the Fancy Nancy, my next croissant will be filled with that! That’s the winner in my taste test!

I am so excited about this place. I can’t wait for them to open up a location in Southern California. It was delicious refreshing and the flavor was definitely exciting. We tried all of the varieties throughout the three times that I ate in this location in one week

I'm gluten sensitive so I brought my own crackers with no problem. Ordered Fruity Fran scoop with Broccoli salad. Amazing! fresh! Also give a free wrapped cookie with order, Not Gluten Free.

Everything was good except they only give you a little bit of chicken salad for the price you pay. I expect more than that like a half a scoop.

Headed to go order had a missing item not in the bag when I got home.. Just called to let them know this happened And to my surprise, the manager, John got in his car and drove it the 17 minutes to my home, even including an extra. Super nice guy went out of his way. I received no attitude at all when I called..Super great Customer service experience! Nice job, John
