Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and Food! Ordered a $70 To Go Order only to sit and wait for 30 mins for the food to be oil soaked in old grease. Fries were brown and if you squeeze the oil pours out. Same for Burger and Chicken Fingers. After checking food brought it back inside spoke to Manager named Jay. He said he could not issue me my money back he would have to take my info and issue refund in a few days. Never heard of Anything like that in my life. No Apologies for inconvenience or can I remake anything? Did not want to give information of who General Manager was or anything. Chillis does not want to issue refunds even if you return food upon receiving it at the To Go Register and decide upon looking at it you don't want it. The Manager gave me the gift card Customer Service number who reaches noone.

First off this place was dirty, table was sticky, menus were dirty, you could tell the dining room has not been cleaned in a long time. The server that brought out our drinks had a strong odor of pot, not subtle but extremely over powering. We did not order, we ended up leaving. If the dining room is filthy, just imagine what the kitchen looks like. Do not recommend. Sad as this place used to be good…

This place is bad they act like they doing you a favor to wait on you , the waitress went away. Another person came. We asked for plates and ranch half the meal was over by the time we got that, just a very chaotic environment. I could not see if they were really busy how they would handle it. Just said sorry about any thing you say

My mozzarella sticks were under cooked. Looked like they got stuck together in the deep fryer and had uncooked spots and didn't get that nice cheese pull I was expecting. Well our waitress was friendly. She was kind of non-existent. We only got our water filled once someone else brought our food All she did was come back to tell us to pay at the ziosk. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and we were seated right away. I did hear another waitress complaining to the host how her section was crap and she needed better customers seated there.

My mom was sick and all she wanted was the kids grilled chicken sliders to try and munch on, so we ordered takeout. Got home and I had been given kids burgers instead. My mom couldn’t eat it. I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and never got a human on the phone, just kept hearing hold music until I was disconnected.

My husband and i went to dinner on 11/9. Wehad Texas cheese fries for appetizer it took approximately 20 minutes after we ordered for them to be brought out. They were good. For dinner I ordered to 6oz sirloin served with loaded mash potatoes and broccoli. My husband had the ultimate cajun pasta. My mash potatoes and broccoli were NOT even warm. Requested the steak be medium well and it was cooked medium rare. My husband's past was warm and dry. We use to go to chilis at least once a month. We were very disappointed and not sure if or when we will go back again.

My wife and I and my two kids stopped by for lunch today.service was awful..waitress had a attitude the entire time she waited on us.waited 30 minutes for our food ..my burger was burnt to a crisp and there was hair in my fries it was disgusting. Will never return here.
