This place is a joke and some thieves! I just ordered a $18.46 online order from this location. Go to pick it up and the place is CLOSED! At 8pm! With a sign on the door that says “Temporary Closed”! So why wouldn’t you disable your online orders instead taking people’s money and not being open! And I can’t seem to find any number to talk to a higher up! This is BULLSHIT!!
Every single time I go to this location they are missing half the items. Every time. My husband waited 35 minutes because we’re out of RICE, and they never have vinaigrette. Chipotle isn’t cheap….and I’m never happy with my food. A couple weeks ago we went to the Afton ridge location it was amazing. Guess I’ll be driving the extra 15 minutes every time. Crazy.

The whole place was filthy. There were two tables that were somewhat clean. The bathroom was dirty. Napkins were out and there was an employee on her cell behind the counter when we walked in and at other times. There were no other customers when we first came in. Another employee had an open drink can on the counter beside the register.

It’s actually hilarious how inconsistent and unreliable this location is. Walked up and had the “online only” sign up. I think about 10 other people walked to the door only to end up walking away. This is a reoccurring issue over the years. Just go the extra miles and go the one near Target.

Stopped coming here because every time we did they had a sign for online order only, and like everyone else has said, they always mess up the online orders so we like to go in and eat. Came back 8 months later and AGAIN they have online order only on the door. I’ll continue driving past this place to go to the Kannapolis one.
I regret to say that this location is in desperate need of improvement, or perhaps a change in management. I decided to give it another try after a disappointing experience ordering online last time, where they were out of more than half the ingredients.
Tonight, I waited 25-30 minutes for my order to be prepared after ordering ahead. Despite being seated in plain sight, I wasn’t notified that my order couldn’t be fully completed. I checked my order before leaving and found that I was missing steak, veggies, guacamole, and chips. I approached the manager, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he raised his voice and handed me a corporate contact card.
This evening, I walked in as the only customer, but there were about six employees behind the counter and three others sitting in the dining room, apparently off shift. They were talking amongst themselves, using profanity and foul language, and failed to acknowledge my presence until I made intentional eye contact. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable.
After finally placing my order, I was told they were out of steak (with none cooking), out of red salsa, and out of guacamole. I was informed they would be making more, but it would take longer because it was a two-person job and they only had one person available. This was concerning given how many employees were present, but not engaged in helping.
When I went to pay, the cashier was on her phone and didn’t address me, which only added to the poor service. I noticed some guacamole on the mobile order line and asked if I could have some, and while they did prepare it, I was told they didn’t have any. I also asked for chips and was given the last bag in the restaurant. Unfortunately, when I got home, the chips were stale.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve both the customer experience and the overall atmosphere at this location..

The food is usually fine but the service and condition of this store is consistently terrible. I’ve had employees tell me I lied to them about them missing items in my order but they almost always forget to add something to your order if you order online and there’s very clearly poor management as the store is always a mess and no one pays attention. The employees are always on their phones or impatient outside of a select few that make the experience bearable. Likely going to stop frequenting this location.

Nice restaurant if you’re looking for something quick and easy. Staff are usually fast about getting mobile orders done but they can be backed up from time to time.

I’ve given this location multiple chances and it continues to disappoint. Many times I have arrived and they are only accepting online orders. Thursday evening when I went to get dinner, they were accepting walk in orders. After making an entire burrito and half a bowl, I was informed chicken would be 10-15 minutes. I worked at this chipotle years ago and we ALWAYS had meats on backup, this location is now always out of at least something and half the time you aren’t even informed prior to beginning to order.
I go with a veggie bowl and continue with my order. I then watch my server ring someone up with their gloves on, then go back to making my food. I had to ask them to switch their gloves. After finishing making my food, I asked for a bag of chips (since I see them actively bagging chips in the kitchen). I was told the chips were only for online orders and that I could not get any, even though they had a full bowl of them they were making right then. Would have been nice to know they were out of chicken and chips prior to ordering anything at all.
In addition to all of this, every single trash can was over flowing and several tables and the drink station were dirty. It was only 7:30pm (2.5 hour prior to closing). Chipotle is too expensive for service like this.

This place is the worst chipotle around town. Each time I try to go, they’re out of something else or only taking online orders. They had separate food set aside only for online orders, so I couldn’t order in person what was available for online only. The service in general is sub-par from the staff as well. I sat for 20 min waiting to pickup my online order while two staff members stood there on their phones. Love chipotle, just not this location unfortunately.

Always having issues, only ever one employee with common sense. The man working the cashier was very friendly, however the guy in charge for wrapping the burrito can’t wrap to save his life
