Tonight the experience wasn’t any different than what I usually have at this particular store. The only professional one was the manager and the cook and the first girl who gave me my rice, everyone else needs to be fired.

Just awful service. I got charged more than I expected so after I paid I stood there waiting for the lady to hand my receipt and she just looks at me like I’m an idiot and says you’re good to go. I ask for the receipt and then she hands it to me with an attitude like I’m bothering her. I look on the receipt and I see she charged me for guac even though I didn’t get it. So I tell her I got charged for it even though I didn’t get it, then I had to waste time standing and waiting for a refund. Just garbage service, chipotle has really gone down the drain over the years. This location is just trash, don’t go here.

My wife placed an online order here and we arrived early and the order wasn’t ready yet which is totally fine and expected, but while she waited inside the restaurant the employees were just talking to each other and not working on the order in a practically empty restaurant. A few mins later when they had begun making the order they started scraping debris off the counter into my wife’s tray which was strange. They randomly yell at my wife from across the restaurant what she ordered which isn’t exactly a 1-2 word response at a Chipotle so my wife starts recalling the order and they cut her off with a “HUH?!” and rolled their eyes at her. She texts me to come in and get the food instead because she’s hot at this point so I walk in from being in the car and who I assume was the manager has her faced pressed against the glass watching my wife walk to her car and asks me if I’m with her. I tell her yes so she starts giving ME attitude when I just walked in. They said they thought we just weren’t getting our food since my wife stepped out. I explained that we were getting our food and my wife had just asked me to come in and get it and the manager just turns and walks away from me. One of the other employees behind the counter, in what is, again, an empty restaurant besides a walk-in order they’d already taken care of, yells at me “NAME FOR THE ORDER.” So I guess now we’re being petty for fun. I tell her my wife’s name which is on the order and she barks back at me “LAST NAME?” Lol. Adorable. Would probably be a better all around idea for upper management to get less rude staff and get some people who have a little better decorum.

HORRIBLE experience. I had placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 8:50pm. I arrived a little early so I patiently waited and sat down. The staff was ignoring my order and taking forever to make it in a nearly empty restaurant. One of the employees was scraping something on or off of my food. She then had the nerve to yell at me from across the restaurant to ask me what I ordered on my meal. I guess she was unable to read the order right in front of her. I was shocked that the employees would yell at me, and when I responded, she yelled “HUH?!” I then told my husband to grab the food instead because I was floored by their absolute lack of professionalism and decorum. The employee then walked to the entry of the restaurant to berate my husband. No clue why she was unable to walk up to me instead of screaming across the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. Get it together.

This is the worst chipotle you could possibly visit. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. There’s a young lady with red hair that was working the To-go area today has the worst attitude ever. Customer service is non existent. Every time I come to this location she never acknowledges the customers.

This was the worst chipotle experience I ever had. I have been to this location twice and both times I have been disrespected. The first time was with my family when they were laughing at us for a question in regard’s to the food and the second time was when I needed a water cup and they refused service to us. This felt like racism and rather than helping us they made us feel uncomfortable. I will never ever go to this chipotle or any other branches because of this horrible experience.

The workers were sharing drinks on the job? the girl with the red twists was making the food very sloppy like she just threw it on the bowl and the guacamole was very nasty and they put too much. The service was so bad I don't recommend going here.

SLOPPY SERVICE AND SLOPPY FOOD

First issue: I ordered a burrito thru the website. The website doesn’t give the option to add vinaigrette, so I requested it when I arrived at the physical location. The girl at the counter barely acknowledged me when I asked for the vinaigrette, but she responds with “the register doesn’t work so I can’t give it to you”. Seriously? I’m sure it’s less than $2.00 for a container of vinaigrette. I don’t feel like that would have hurt Chipotles pockets too bad.

Second issue: The burrito was an absolute MESS! A 5 year old could wrap Christmas presents blind folded better than this.

Worst kept Chipotle I’ve been to in a long time. Food prep station was a disaster. Food mixed with other food. Was told by lady taking payment that they were out of chips and had a whole rack full of chips. When I ask why I couldn’t buy any I was told that they prioritize online customers more than in-store. She did say I couldn’t stand off to the side and order on the app and she’d give them to me. True story!
