This establishment is disgusting. You will have residual food from other orders they’ve prepared throughout the day in your food. They said they were out of barbacoa 3 hours before closing after I waited in line for 20 minutes just to order. Probably won’t be returning.

This place had replaced my memory of Chipotle being a nice place to eat to an unclean , and not interested in serving image . Trashes overflowing, no napkins, cups for water not encouraged. Shortage of menu items when in line . This is a consistent experience in my past few visits. I think Chipotle is more focused on take out order than in store experience and they are comfortably forgetting that future mobile orders will bring the memory of in store experience. Staff shortage excuse that they practiced during Covid is not going to cut anymore. Eventually they are going to become another great to just that store that exists with this degrading experience. I think Brian Nichols past leadership of squeezing profit out of every bowl is sunsetting the great Chipotle story . Hope the new leadership gets out of this mindset.

I’m not sure what’s been going on at this Chipotle lately but even when I order online I’m waiting almost 30 minutes. I’m here now after coming last time and then giving me steak instead of chicken with a free entree code. This is likely the last time this location gets a visit from me. Also the food has been really salty as of late.

My girls gang orders Chipotle's burritos often. We ordered from Chipotle at Concord location today. It was so spicy that none of us can finish it. It was no where close to spicy level we associate with Chipotle. It's time to let go of a restaurant if they completely fail on standardization.
