The food is good. When ordering, they have one person doing the hot items, one person doing the cold items, another person telling the cashier what to ring in like they all aren’t shoulder connected. But the windows are dirty, other places in the restaurant are dirty. I’m just looking outside and that’s all I see, unpleasant.

Finally came across a Chipotle location that is clean, open and has everything available. All of the surrounding locations in Concord and Kannapolis are randomly closed and, when they are open, are out of nearly everything. It was a pleasant surprise to find this location with everything in order. This will definitely be our go to store, great job!
