There was so little meat in our food that we had to fish to find it. They overload the other ingredients to make it look hefty but once you look, it’s all fluff. I have 3/4 of my burrito left and zero meat inside. A shame as it was otherwise tasty.

This will be my new chipotle spot from today’s experience; everyone was in a good mood and it felt light in there. I’m one of the people that doesn’t like cilantro because it tastes like soap; which results in me asking for plain rice. I was shocked when I didn’t have to explain myself and that I wasn’t met with a cold answer/attitude from the workers when asking for rice without cilantro. In fact, one of the girls said “you’re like me, I always get plain rice too..”! She was SO nice, they all were. All I have to say is I was greeted with a warm welcome when I politely asked for rice without cilantro, so I’m rooting for this spot from now.

If you plan on doing a deal please make sure you are prepared for a big crowd, should be no reason why you run out of the main things on a burrito bowl and still charge people the full amount, I was stupid to have paid for the bowl because I had to go home and finish making it myself, after I stood inline for almost 30 mins if I could go back and get a refund I would, also manager was there and don't seem to care.

How in the hell does a Mexican restaurant run out of pico and cheese???? It makes no sense avoid this location at all cost paying for half a burrito is crazy and a waste of money they should be ashamed of themselves drive further to a good reviewed location or just make them at home for this terrible

Food was good. Vibes was 100. The server with the bomb edges did her thing when she made my rice bowl. Definitely sliding back here when I want a burrito or something. It’s guaranteed to be fire.

Food on my quesadilla was very little especially the beans and rice, quesadillas are usually bigger last times I’ve went and on the bowl I had a free coupon for double chicken and they proceeded to put not even a full scoop of protein only half of scoop, wouldn’t recommend it here if ordering online

Put in a mobile order for a burrito a bowl and a bag of chips along a side of cheese. We did not receive the chips and no kidding literally less than half a cup of cheese. Then we look in the bag and the burrito (which is small) is starting to bust out of the wrapper and we opened it and the tortilla was ripping. So I go on the app to try and resolve the issue only for it to tell me it couldn’t help and to try again later so I do it again just for it tells me it’s already resolved the issue……..

This chipotle has the laziest, most incompetent workers of any restaurant I've been to. Every single time I've gone, they manage to mess something up; my most recent visit was astonishingly bad. I ordered a steak bowl, chicken sofrita lifestyle bowl, and chips & queso.
The steak bowl didn't have ANY meat. How does that happen?? I can't help but feel that this was intentional. Also, the lifestyle bowl was just a regular chicken and rice bowl; a completely incorrect order. To top it off, they gave me the queso, but not the chips.
Save yourself the headache. If you really want chipotle, go to a different one. Otherwise, go somewhere else for dinner.
Just left here trying to get something a little more healthier to eat and turned right back around. The entire restaurant was nasty!!! Every single table was dirty, drink machine area was dirty and the serving counter had food all over it! I see why their sanitation score is a 93! It should be a 60 though! Will NEVER step foot back in that place!

What they call honey hot chicken had no honey, only extremely over the top hot. And the restaurant was dirty ( too dirty to sit and eat), so we left.

This is a great restaurant to get lunch and dinner. I went to this restaurant so many times and they always have an amazing food. Amazing people working there and nice and quiet atmosphere. They also almost never get my food wrong. It may be been once or twice in the past six months besides that everything was great. The food was delicious, workers were amazing and atmosphere delightful to come back for lunch or dinner thank you so much guys who worked there I appreciate your work

Gross restaurant. Didn’t get greeted, so we stood there for 13 or so min. watching an employee refill bins of food while having a convo with another employee instead of serving us. Meanwhile the line is growing behind me. They didn’t even say hello, we will be right with you, nothing! Got a large bag of OLD stale chips I paid extra for, after lady at register said I couldn’t buy a small bag (found out they were stale at home) Witnessed employee throwing dirty gloves where someone was preparing food, missing the trash can….Food line was filthy. Dirty pans everywhere. I’ll never return. Just gross. The 93 food grade is generous! Didn’t even get a receipt either, how convenient! or else I would be complaining higher up. I don’t like leaving reviews ever, but this was a horrible experience!

We’re local to the area as of last year. We finally had to stop eating here after getting sick three times in a row. Overall, poor atmosphere, slow service, and dirty to the point of getting sick.
