If zero stars were an option that’s what this location would get. The service is horrendous, place is always a mess, constantly out of food, and the last time I was in there they were cooking chicken and throwing it in the bin raw.

My boys and I went to grab lunch. Two burritos with extra meat. $41. This is crazy.

The past 2 times I've walked in here around 8pm on a Saturday, the service had been unfriendly and not welcoming. The food selection absolutely sucks. Half of the proteins are unavailable, the brown rice is unavailable, the queso is chunky, and the gauc is brown. You close at 11pm and half the menu is either unavailable or looks inedible. On top of that, the service is ridiculous. I'm not sure how this location is still in business at this point but it's obvious the employees could care less if the store stays open and they have a job tomorrow. This used to be my Go-To quick service dining option but at this point, I've lost my appetite. Keep up the good work, GREAT JOB!
Ordered online and got the wrong food , talked to customer care to get a refund and they only gave me a credit for one free bowl. I appreciate the free bowl but that doesn’t cover the add ons I paid for & the delivery and taxes.

Today's date is December 28th I went and got a brisket burrito. It was empty and I had to formally greet the rude Asian young man who made my burrito. He didn't put the full portion of meat on the burrito and so I ended up just getting double meat which with guacamole cost me $24, a little shy of $25. Which wasn't even a problem the problem is the meat is hard and old, clearly the same meat they opened with.... Gross!! Chipotle is falling off badly. Cava me please, because this isn't food with integrity 😳

I have ordered multiple times(closest location)and they just simply don’t make the order as ordered. Love the product but will have to find another location as this location is terrible.
This is theeeeee absolute worst chipotle I was in there standing waiting for my food for 10 minutes. With the people standing around talking and not helping. Then one lady just had a nasty attitude all together, lacking teamwork all together. If the system is down why have people waiting? And they always make the food half arsed. Save yourself the stress and go to another location.

Not surprised at the low rating they have. This was once one of the better locations but lately every time i go, they are out of something. Today it happens to be forks, but don’t they tell you until after you have paid and see they don’t have any and ask. I ordered a salad today and asked for a refund because i can’t eat a salad with my hands or a spoon as they suggested. The manager is obviously incompetent and haven’t a clue how to do inventory or customer service or the store would have forks and they would let people know if they didn’t…ya know a little common courtesy “you wont be able eat that here because we don’t have forks.” I told him they need to let people know and he says they can’t put up signs but have no problem doing that to inform they are too lazy to make salad dressing at times.l, which he was also complaining about doing today. “Yall gon make me quit my job” was the exact comment from the “manager”. They won’t put up signs because they know it would drive sales down especially for salads if they tell people there is no way for them to eat their food, although according to the manager, I’m the only person that has an issue with ordering food i can’t eat. Thank you to the person who made my salad for at least offering a covering for me to take it to go although i needed to eat it there so i could get to work. I did not have time to go find a fork and somewhere to ear my food, hence the dine in order.

This Chipotle is the worst. My husband and I got a burrito and a bowl both with chicken and when we got home we realized both didn’t have any meat. Also there were no grilled vegetables, corn salsa and guacamole, which we paid almost $3 extra for it. we also had a side or guacamole and chips also missing. The whole meal was ruined and it killed our night too.

They said they were only out of the guacamole so they gave us queso instead. When we got the order home my burrito didn't have any chicken(the order was for double chicken), and no grilled vegetables. My wife's chicken bowl was missing the chicken, the corn salsa and the guacamole. Very disappointed with this order. they could have at least offered to sub the chicken if it was somehow out. The staff need to be replaced or learn how to actually do their job.

decided to still try it out regardless of the bad reviews. Theygave out good portion sizes. They allowed me to have my vinaigrette and everything was in stock.

Buddy behind the counter was rude to my wife, gave me half-scoop portions, and argued when asked to give a better portion. Chipotle is actively falling apart in the Charlotte area.
