Just left here trying to get something a little more healthier to eat and turned right back around. The entire restaurant was nasty!!! Every single table was dirty, drink machine area was dirty and the serving counter had food all over it! I see why their sanitation score is a 93! It should be a 60 though! Will NEVER step foot back in that place!

What they call honey hot chicken had no honey, only extremely over the top hot. And the restaurant was dirty ( too dirty to sit and eat), so we left.

This is a great restaurant to get lunch and dinner. I went to this restaurant so many times and they always have an amazing food. Amazing people working there and nice and quiet atmosphere. They also almost never get my food wrong. It may be been once or twice in the past six months besides that everything was great. The food was delicious, workers were amazing and atmosphere delightful to come back for lunch or dinner thank you so much guys who worked there I appreciate your work

Gross restaurant. Didn’t get greeted, so we stood there for 13 or so min. watching an employee refill bins of food while having a convo with another employee instead of serving us. Meanwhile the line is growing behind me. They didn’t even say hello, we will be right with you, nothing! Got a large bag of OLD stale chips I paid extra for, after lady at register said I couldn’t buy a small bag (found out they were stale at home) Witnessed employee throwing dirty gloves where someone was preparing food, missing the trash can….Food line was filthy. Dirty pans everywhere. I’ll never return. Just gross. The 93 food grade is generous! Didn’t even get a receipt either, how convenient! or else I would be complaining higher up. I don’t like leaving reviews ever, but this was a horrible experience!

We’re local to the area as of last year. We finally had to stop eating here after getting sick three times in a row. Overall, poor atmosphere, slow service, and dirty to the point of getting sick.

Employees were rude, pretty much ignored me unless they were taking my order, and multiple of them had headphones in while taking care of customers.

To the staff that was on shift Friday 6/20/25 at about 1pm. Y’all made me feel so taken care of. To the shift leader taking the time to read the ingredients to me for the honey chicken, and the staff member who changes gloves without me asking her and helped me all the way down the line. It’s this kind of service that makes us with allergy limits feel safe and that you care. Good job Kannapolis! Y’all are great!

If zero stars were an option that’s what this location would get. The service is horrendous, place is always a mess, constantly out of food, and the last time I was in there they were cooking chicken and throwing it in the bin raw.

The past 2 times I've walked in here around 8pm on a Saturday, the service had been unfriendly and not welcoming. The food selection absolutely sucks. Half of the proteins are unavailable, the brown rice is unavailable, the queso is chunky, and the gauc is brown. You close at 11pm and half the menu is either unavailable or looks inedible. On top of that, the service is ridiculous. I'm not sure how this location is still in business at this point but it's obvious the employees could care less if the store stays open and they have a job tomorrow. This used to be my Go-To quick service dining option but at this point, I've lost my appetite. Keep up the good work, GREAT JOB!

Ordered online and got the wrong food , talked to customer care to get a refund and they only gave me a credit for one free bowl. I appreciate the free bowl but that doesn’t cover the add ons I paid for & the delivery and taxes.

Today's date is December 28th I went and got a brisket burrito. It was empty and I had to formally greet the rude Asian young man who made my burrito. He didn't put the full portion of meat on the burrito and so I ended up just getting double meat which with guacamole cost me $24, a little shy of $25. Which wasn't even a problem the problem is the meat is hard and old, clearly the same meat they opened with.... Gross!! Chipotle is falling off badly. Cava me please, because this isn't food with integrity 😳

I have ordered multiple times(closest location)and they just simply don’t make the order as ordered. Love the product but will have to find another location as this location is terrible.

This is theeeeee absolute worst chipotle I was in there standing waiting for my food for 10 minutes. With the people standing around talking and not helping. Then one lady just had a nasty attitude all together, lacking teamwork all together. If the system is down why have people waiting? And they always make the food half arsed. Save yourself the stress and go to another location.
