I've visited the Chocolatier Barrucand a few times & it's always such a treat. I always try to get something different every time I go & everything has always been wonderful. The flourless chocolate cake is my favorite. I was a pastry chef for years & I highly recommend this bakery. You won't be disappointed!

I’m addicted to this place! The price is extremely reasonable for what you get, I highly recommend the pumpkin bread if you can snatch it before me! The ladies are the sweetest people on the earth and you can tell they put their hearts into the pastries! I’ve tried most of their cakes and have yet to find one I haven’t liked! Everything is sweet but not overpowering! 10/10!!

Delicious and nicely priced authentic French pastries— in a convenient location or downtown Concord. They have a nice selection of yummy macarons and chocolates. I go for the eclairs, tarts, and cheesecake. Every bite is delectable and rich. My S.O picked up a few goods on the way home one day and we’ve been regulars ever since!

Came in with my boyfriend for their Oreo Cheesecake and they didn’t have it on this specific day, so we got a fruit tart and WOW! Such a delicious dessert with so much flavor packed in. Also got a strawberry and lavender macoroon and they were SO GOOOOD. Recommend trying the lavender if you love real lavendar plants. it tastes so fresh. i love this place. i hope i can try the oreo cheesecake next time because my boyfriend loves it! 10/10

Finally went in to buy a box of pastries and now I feel so bad that I waited this long to do so! They were AMAZING. I bought a mix of different tartlets and cream horns. I should have stayed in the car eating them so I wouldn’t have to share but I didn't have a fork. They weren’t only beautiful, but really delicious and such a fancy surprise to bring as a gift. The street may be a mess but making your way here will be totally worth it!
