Hello, recently my mom and I went to our local Cinnabon in Concord Mills mall. Upon arrival they were making fresh regular rolls. My initial order was 2 4packs of rolls and we were informed that on a Friday night at 6pm "they did not have any packs available", the girl charged us for 6 individual rolls and then proceeded to tell us it would be 14minutes even though a fresh batch of 6 was just placed next to her.
