I’ve never left a review like this before, but my experience at the Cinnabon in Concord Mills today was beyond unacceptable. The man who appears to be the owner has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service.

From the moment I walked up, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I tried to order an Oreo Cinnabon, he started loudly rushing me and snapping, “What do you want? THIS one? THAT one?” I literally couldn’t even get my words out before he was barking over me.

What made it even worse is what I witnessed another day I was this location. The way he spoke to an elderly woman in a way that made my stomach drop. I won’t repeat everything he said, but it was shockingly disrespectful and something NO employee, let alone a manager or owner, should ever say to anyone.

It honestly feels like he treats his customers like they don’t exist or are inconveniencing him just by showing up. Meanwhile, he’s got teenagers working behind the counter doing most of the work while he just stands at the register acting miserable.

This location needs serious attention from corporate. Either remove this manager or shut the place down, because nobody deserves to be talked to or treated this way.

I will NOT be returning, and I hope others read this before spending their money here.

After having a issue with my Cinnabons, Jason was very understanding with my concern and very knowledgeable about properly heating the pre packed rolls so that they taste as they should. Great customer service is appreciated in 2025

I bought $50 gift card from their website but I can neither use it on the app nor use it at the store. This sucks but their staff helped me with it. Especially CJ has great support and quick response.

Went yesterday 1-11, I live in Stanly County, which is 45 minutes from Concord Mills but the closest cinnabon to me. Cinnabon was the only reason for the mall trip, yesterday was my birthday and I had a reward for a free cold brew. They had no coffee at all. Got cinnamon rolls to take home. All the seating was roped off and not much in display. What was in the display they were taking out of the display case, though they were closing but they said no. This was the only day and time I could redeem my birthday coffee before the reward expires. This location used to be better.

The staff here cursed at us, the guy acting as manager “kicked us out of his stand” and cursed us because he could not sell us a simple cinnamon. He continued to curse us out loud as we walked away

The staff was nice, I spent over $21 for 3 buns and they sucked!!! The frosting you could taste the sugar not stirred in the cream well, the buns were damn near burnt and hard and get this she said they just came out of the oven. This place has gone down, I'm not sure about the brand until I try another location. You have been warned before you spend your coins ?
