Literally terrible customer service the lady at the register was on her phone the whole time she could barely concentrate on taking our order . Also our Cinnabons were so cold like they were sitting for hours unattended .

I purchased a classic cinnamon roll. When I later sat to eat the roll, I tasted the raw dough in the center of the roll. I will never eat there again.

That was the absolute worst Cinnabon I've ever had!! It was flat in taste and appearance. The only pro and the only reason I give it 2 stars was because the young man that assisted me was a sweetheart.

Large Cinnabon delicious right out the oven. I'll order again soon. I let one of the employees know that flying knats were crawling all over the chocolate chip cookies sitting in the display she quickly pulled the cookies out although other items were open in the display for the knats to crawl around on.

Traveling out of town thought this would be a great place to stop and get something sweet and a coffee.Very friendly staff however they did not have coffee even though the menu says that they sell it. I told her I would wait for a fresh brew and she told me if they didn't make it in the morning they don't make it for the rest. Of the day which is odd..... It literally takes one minute and thirty seconds to make a coffee! And you would think Most people would like to enjoy a hot cup of coffee with their cinnamon rolls not to mention when she She said only if we made it in the morning would we have hot coffee? Does that mean it sits there all day until it's Sold? You can definitely tell they are workers and not Owner's!Oh well opportunity missed..
Went there Saturday thinking it’ll be a good idea to get a cinnamon roll and come to find out I have to deal with the staff with a careless and nasty attitude and I paid for a nasty cinnamon roll that tasted like it’s straight out the fridge. It was cold and lacked flavor. You won’t catch me coming back for anything at this location, ever. They need better staff and need to get rid of the crew they have.

Got a cinnamon bun and it was cold and didn’t even have a cinnamon taste every time I have went here everyone seems to have a attitude as if you are bothering them and they don’t want to be at work I will not be returning.

Hello, recently my mom and I went to our local Cinnabon in Concord Mills mall. Upon arrival they were making fresh regular rolls. My initial order was 2 4packs of rolls and we were informed that on a Friday night at 6pm "they did not have any packs available", the girl charged us for 6 individual rolls and then proceeded to tell us it would be 14minutes even though a fresh batch of 6 was just placed next to her. She proceeded to serve all 6 pf those rolls to the customers behind us who hadn't paid yet. Having to pay for 6 individual rolls and then they said they didn't have any 4 pack or 6 pack rolls after asking twice how we wanted them packed. Empty box sitting on the counter next to her. We ended up paying $31 for something that should have only cost $18, and then were rudely talked to, and acted like it was our problem they didn't know where the boxes were. Friday night in this very packed mall and rude associates, taking advantage of customers. Unacceptable.

Customer service was sorely lacking. The girl behind the counter constantly heavy sighed when I asked for items, and just gave a blank stare the entire time. Bought a box of Cinnabons, and the pint of icing. The icing was so old it was mostly solid crumbling pieces that microwaving wouldn't even dissolve. Cinnabon of the past is gone. If you want days old boxes of cinnamon rolls with solidified icing, this is the place for you. Never again.

Why is this place still open? Cinnamon rolls are usually good if you can manage to get one . No place to sit and eat. They really need to shut this place down.
Cold Cinnabon. Not really friendly.
