The young lady helping us was amazing! She gave excellent service. The cinnamon rolls are always good here. It’s one of my family’s favorite treats.

This place has really went downhill . Customer service is non existent. When you walk in they don’t even greet you. Then when they get to you ; it’s like they still don’t want to deal with you. The quality of the items are just not what they use to be. I will not be back…

Staff was very unprofessional. The work area looked very disorganized. The staff was not engaged with the customer and seemed annoyed while customer was making decision about what to order. Also, they need to tie their hair while handling food. Very disappointing. One of the staff was talking on head phones while preparing food. Again, very disappointing.

I ordered online on their website for pickup and the store wasn’t even open 30 minutes after the online posted time. Now I can’t get my cinnamon rolls or my money back. Terrible.

I don't know if the woman who works there is also the owner but her lack of caring or customer service is abysmal!!! I've given this place several chances, once I went around noon and there was a sign that said be back in 15 min waited 25 and nothing. Ran errands and came back an hour later and nothing was made so I would have had to wait an additional 30 min (she was also on her cell phone the entire time). I've had to cancel orders a few times with UBER Eats because the orders here take forever to be filled. Maybe this one person isn't enough, it sure isn't good for business.

I once gave this location a 5 star review but based on my most recent and last experience I will never return, my wife placed an order under my name and I went to pick it up, we ordered 3 rolls, we I arrived I was greeted by a woman coming from the back kitchen area an I told her I had a mobile order for my name, she hands me a bag that is stapled closed and I leave and continue home,upon arriving home I see I am missing a roll. When we call to make them aware of the missing roll my wife is immediately met with hostility she was immediately told the maybe the uber driver (meaning me) took it and then we received pushback about the receiving a refund for the missing item. Needless to say I won’t ever return to this location.

Bathroom broken, been in there multiple times coffee machine is never working. Super overpriced, cinnamon buns at least have the jumbo Not the small one for that price size. Plus never tastes fresh.

We ordered 2 Cookie Monster Rolls and 1 Tropical Bliss Roll. When my husband picked up the order, the bag was stapled and he unfortunately did not check. Once he arrived home we discovered there was one missing. I called the store to inform them and the lady who answered the phone stated “my coworker remembers making and bagging your order, maybe the DoorDash driver took it”. This wasn’t a door dash driver, it was our personal order that my husband picked up 😩. We also onIy received 2 forks/knives for our order of 3. I asked for a refund and honestly is unclear if they refunded as I could hear someone yelling at the girl on the phone. Sounds like there is new management and this place is no longer the same.

I wasn’t crazy about the Cinnabon because it tasted too ‘doughy’ like it was not fully ready. At the same time, the cookie was awesome. I would go back for another cookie and would perhaps try the brownie as well.

As a first time consumer, this was an disappointment. The Cinnabun was under cooked, it was doughy and cold. I ate most of it because I wasn’t wasting $6. The chocolate cookie was good. Not sure if I will return. I appreciate the vegan option.

The cinnamon roll was amazing, but service was poor. We came in on a Saturday morning, 30 min post the opening time. The employee was on her cell phone, although we were greeted she continued on her call. At one point she put the phone in her head wrap to hold the phone to her ear while working on our order. There were only 3 cinnamon rolls and a few display rolls already prepared but no baby buns or anything. We asked for a bottle of water and iced coffee with our 2 cinnamon rolls and was told they didn't have any beverages. The staff member working that day never once ended her call.

At 3:18 on July 4, 2025, I picked up a couple of cinnamon rolls and they were not done, and too doughy to eat. There was no one in the restaurant, so it was not busy. This is no excuse. I’ve also had issues with the lack of quality and professionalism from this location before. I deserve a refund.

I was also there before and I saw one of the employees DROP someone else’s order on the FLOOR and proceed to act like nothing happened instead of simply replacing it.

I just went in to order a cinnamon roll to go and was met with what I assume was 3 employees, 1 was working behind the counter and the other 2 were eating outside fast foot at one of the dining room tables. The employee who was originally behind the counter loudly made a comment about how she didn’t understand how they had already ran out of [single use] gloves. When my fiancé and I came to the counter, one of the employees from the table came to the counter the take care of us and had a napkin in her hand and proceeded to wipe and pick in her nose during our whole transaction. Once she finished with the finalization of our transaction, she then immediately picked up boxes and acted as if she was going to begin making our order without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I’ve worked in foodservice for over a decade and I’m a certified state food safety proctor so I found this behavior and practice absolutely repulsive. (Along with the insane amount of gnats in the facility.) With that being said, I promptly stopped her and requested that she washed her hands. She seemed shocked at my request but still paused and went to wash her hands. In doing so, she made a snarking face by scrunching her face and sticking her tongue out at her friends as if the request was something absurd for her to have to do. Meanwhile it was basic food safety. This place needs a serious reevaluation and overhaul of who is running the shifts. Someone needs to be food safety certified. Someone needs to teach these young adults how to properly wash their hands.
