I hate to write this because I’ve heard business has been struggling, but my experience at Cinnaholic was disappointing. I regularly eat vegan desserts due to a dairy sensitivity, yet the cinnamon roll was overwhelmingly sweet even for me. I will note the cookie dough was fine, however. The shop itself was disgusting, with trash all over the floor, and there were no napkins in the containers. The only employee I saw was talking on the phone the entire time I was ordering and while she was making the food, which made the service feel unfocused and unprofessional. There’s clearly a reason things are not going well.

I was so looking forward to enjoying a Cinnamon Roll last night, after dinner and I arrived to this location at approximately 8:40pm. They close at 9:30pm. The young lady behind the counter did not greet me, did not apologize for the inconvenience, nor provided any decent customer service whatsoever. She rudely told me that they were not baking anymore and that I would have to choose one of the items that was on the counter, that was pre-prepped. They stopped serving almost an hour before closing, which was very disappointing and upsetting. Safe to say that I made that 20 minute trip for absolutely nothing.

This is the second time I’ve arrived at this location 15–20 minutes before closing and found a “sold out” sign on the door. The doors are locked. Do you actually close at 9 PM?! It’s frustrating to come before closing time and still not be able to place an order. Clearer communication about hours or availability would really help

Have had positive experiences here in the past. But this time the lady that served me had no personality at all and barely said hi to me when I walked in. The cinnamon roll that I ordered was not even warm and was hard as a brick. The inside of the store seemed to be run down and not taken care. This place has seemed to have gone down hill.

My husband and I decided to grab a cinnamon roll. I have egg and dairy allergies so Cinnaholic is a great option for a treat. The lady that helped us was very helpful. They were making fresh rolls so she informed us it would be about 5-6 minutes before they would be ready. We ordered and when they were ready she brought them to us fresh and hot. They were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was really excited to see there was a location open near me however was ultimately disappointed. Overall 2/5. Taste, quality, service, wait time, atmosphere, presentation, price. Also the pricing is incorrect on the board compared to what’s rung up however it was only 75 cent difference so I didn’t complain but it is indeed misleading.

Went to the Concord NC location excited to get my sweet treat only for the establishment to be closed at 12:45pm. Checked online to my surprise it says open! Not sure what the disconnect was BUT the building was closed.

Staff was very unprofessional. The work area looked very disorganized. The staff was not engaged with the customer and seemed annoyed while customer was making decision about what to order. Also, they need to tie their hair while handling food. Very disappointing. One of the staff was talking on head phones while preparing food. Again, very disappointing.
