Not a great pick up experience. After waiting 10min after my pick up ETA, the cashier finally asked if I was picking up an order in which I replied “yes” and with my name.

She leaves into the kitchen and comes back and says “we ran out of quinoa and kale, could you call them and ask them what other base they’d like?”

I was very confused at this point as it was a pickup order for myself and she repeated “yeah can you call them and ask what substitution they’d like”

I replied, “ma’am this is MY personal order, I am not picking up for anyone.”

Although no one is above door dashing, this is unfortunately still a micro aggression as I was the only person of color in the predominantly white establishment. For you to assume I’m dashing for someone when I’ve already told you my name was quite disappointing.

Food was 2/10 although there are probably better items on the menu than what I got! (Not a fan of the carrots, corn/bean items - very bland).

Will not be back.

I don’t come here often but I figured writing a review could help with the place. I remember first coming in February of this year and started to come when I would get a chance because I had a great experience with the worker, I can’t remember her name I just know she had dark hair and sometimes wore glasses I wanna say her name was Leah or something like that, the food I ordered was a small bowl, I asked her to add a few small notes in the order because of my stomach not being able to handle to much of certain foods and she made sure everything was put correctly. My first time going there was really great and the place was super clean too considering she was the only worker working the front at that time. Every time I went in and saw her I knew it was going to be a great experience, the other worker was nice too but she would go above and beyond! I stopped going for awhile because I had to leave that April for a trip. But earlier this month in December I was back hoping to have an experience similar to what February and March was but when I walked in there was a different person which was no biggie, I ordered my food and tried making small talk with the girl but she didn’t seem to be too talkative and when I tried bringing up the other worker she said she probably doesn’t work there anymore it might’ve been me stepping over a line asking why she wasn’t there anymore but the lady did not have to give me a nasty “it’s not our business”. I get that but there’s no need to be rude. I tried ordering my bowl like how I used too but the new worker was just giving me a look like I was such a big problem, when I got my food I’ll say it was good but the cashier was not at all friendly but the place was clean. The next time I go I hope I get too see a familiar face like Jen hoping to ask where the other worker went, hoping she just had a better opportunity. I see the owner responds to reviews sometimes so please let me know if you can! Overall great food and nice environment! 👍

Must try place if you are looking for prepped meals that are healthy and tasty!
They have a huge variety of meals that you can walk in and buy or a special limited menu that changes weekly online.
Staff was super friendly and helped walk me through all of the different options of everything they offer.
And I also recommend their Buckeyes for a delicious dessert or snack too.

I come here all the time. The staff is always nice and the food is good!

I work nearby this location and come here so often Jen knows what my order is automatically & makes sure everything is done efficiently.
The Kitchen always makes sure I have a great meal!

I recommend this place to my clients as well!

Vegetables on our plate was almost raw. I just don't understand the lack of consistency at these restaurants. I've eaten at fayetteville nc, concord nc, and Cary nc. The only one that is always great is Cary. Also asked for dine in and we got Togo boxes anyways.

this was me and my friends first time eating here we were really excited to eat something clean. everything was very disappointing unfortunately the customer service was great , but the food was very dry the drink was very watered down and the fries looked like it had been out for days.

The idea of the place is great but the taste and food quality is poor. Also it is very expensive and not worth the price in my opinion.

Staff is hospitable and quick to please. There are times of high traffic due to meal package pick-up, but still quiet enough to enjoy your meal.

We tried the turkey burger with Mac and cheese. Food was really good.

Always greeted with a warm welcome, guidance through selection of meals and amazing in store food prepared. Whether you are building your own bowl or getting a quick healthy smoothie the service is exceptional and highly recommend them for dinning in or meal prepping to make your life easier especially for a big guy such as myself. Thank you for great service team !!!
