Couple things: I do recommend one day cleanse with 6 delicious juices, outstanding quality! It does reset your system and mind for sure! On the day of my cleanse, I thought that I will never do this again, but the next day, I woke up as a different person! I want to do it monthly and can not wait for my next time!
