Was told I needed to re-download an app in order to get points for my purchase. then was told five different ways to get those points because the app wouldn’t except the points for the purchase. Then was not given a number for corporate. Then was told a manager would call me. Then was told the manager was too busy to call me. Then was told to email corporate. Just go to literally any other clean juice for your Jesus smoothies - nothing about this should have been hard lol

I was really disappointed to find old bananas that were not fresh at all . When asked for fresher bananas the employee checked the back and told me that they all looked the same. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone to take an actual photo. Please check the quality of fruit before ordering!

Terrible experience. My daughter and I ordered lunch. The two girls working stood there talking for 10 mins before even starting our sandwiches. Then, she left my daughters in the press too long and it was burnt. My daughters sandwich came out first and she was done eating by the time I walked up to ask where my sandwich even was. Suprise, it was left in the press, beginning to burn as well. It was supposed to have walnuts and dates on it, but instead of chopping them up and spreading it across the sandwhich they put 2 small peices of date and 3 walnuts on it. Wasn't even enough for half the sandwhich. They didn't put the dressing on it so it was dry and when I got the dressing on the side from them, the dressing tasted like watered down vinegar. My daughters juice was good tho. Maybe they should just stick to juices.

Awesome experience for my first visit. Deja was very patient with explaining the menu and was very knowledgeable. Very clean place. The entire staff had a smile. I will definitely be back and specifically to this location.

My wife and I arrived yesterday 10 minutes before closing. The staff had already broken down more than half of the smoothie bar. We were unable to order as a result.I have worked at a take out as a young teenager. I understand many employees are ready to go home as soon as possible. However this is always a gamble to break down early. Yet I think we should be willing to provide a full and excellent service until actual closing times.Overall we love clean juice and would be absolutely willing to take this review down after being able to connect with the franchise owner or the GM.

Really liked it the 1st time I went and got a peanut butter bowl. 2nd time I went for avacado toast but, they were out of avacado (it happens to be on 1/2 the menu items). I told them very nicely in a company review and Jason (I guess the Manager) responded and said he would be in touch. That was a week ago. Too bad. I really liked it the first time.
