Starbucks

I gave this location so many chances because it’s convenient to where I live but I rather go to the one further away from me at this point. I used to work at a busy Starbucks location myself so I understand the overwhelming amount of orders they deal with and nasty customers on top of that. I visit our local Starbucks several times a week but sometimes the workers get under my skin. Tonight I waited 7 mins to finally get a knowledged by one of the 4 workers just to ask for a tall iced water for my son. They were not busy at all.

I understand closing for weather early for the safety of your employees and applaud that. However the person that was still in the store could have informed the six cars waiting in the drive-thru that they were closed or put a sign on the menu. The communication needs to be much much much better.
