Closed every time I am there, no hours posted. Cafeteria staff said it is open 6am-5pm. Cafeteria (Cafe 920) is 24/7, go there instead.

I went to this Starbucks while in the hospital with my 3yr old daughter because she was admitted and had to stay over nigh with only 2 hrs of sleep. Well first off the heavy set lady with the glasses at the front counter is extremely rude and disrespectful, I purchased 2 drinks and they were disgusting. Now mind you I get this drink all the time from Starbucks and never had any issues. After tasting mines and my mom’s drink it wasn’t to my our liking and had a very strong coffee taste, I nicely went back to the counter and told the lady that the drinks were not good. She then started to go back and forth with me like I asked for a refund, I only either wanted the drinks made over or something else on the menu. The lady then said I will have to charge, I said I’m not paying for another drink after i just paid $19.00 for something that wasn’t made right. So long story short I will never spend my money at this Starbucks again and this is not how you treat a paying customer who was not once rude to you until you became rude to them. I will be reporting her until she is reprimanded for her actions.

I gave this location so many chances because it’s convenient to where I live but I rather go to the one further away from me at this point. I used to work at a busy Starbucks location myself so I understand the overwhelming amount of orders they deal with and nasty customers on top of that. I asked the barista about my drink because it was 20 min after i ordered and drinks after mine were standing there ready to be picked up. The barista gave me an attitude saying they were busy and i fully understand that. I told her the last time i waited 40 min and my drink actually was at the drive thru instead and i didn’t want that to happen again. What you know, that’s where it was again. This location needs more workers, better organization and/or better management. I remember the days where Starbucks was actually pleasant to come inside to. Those days are a goner. Schultz would disapprove. ✌️

RUDE RUDE RUDE! The lady at the counter was extremely rude! I am staying at the hospital with my sick grandchild and just wanted a good hot latte. I asked for whip cream in my latte and she said no. Really?! I should be able to get whatever I want...especially if I'm paying for it! Teach her some customer service!

Rhaj h needs more training especially on how to greet customers. I walked up and was the only customer there and she just ignored me. So I asked are they currently taking orders and she said yea like I was an inconvenience.

They were str8 up busy the whole 2 hours I was there but never heard an complaint from anyone, those workers were the bomb!

The service was great but they were out of so many things it was ridiculous. Also, it is incredibly busy. You will probably get better service going inside than trying to go through the drive-thru.

Conveniently located in the medical center. Big rush in the morning but the wait isn’t that bad.

Considering how much traffic they get, my order is usually accurate. The turnover is high, but it's a consistent product.
