Hello. Wanted to provide some feedback as my experience this afternoon was not pleasant. As I approached the CS counter, the woman who would continue to assemble my icecream was scratching her head with her bare hands. Without washing her hands or putting gloves on, she proceeded to work on my order. I tried to engage in friendly conversation with her and she was short, clearly didn’t want to communicate. I requested a “love it” portion of icecream, which started out at around $7 and added four toppings total. I watched the gal meticulously add the four ingredients, sure to not add more than a small plastic spoonful of each (even removing some graham from the pile), then ended up with a $13 bill (plus tip). That’s ridiculous. I asked how much extra each additional topping was and the gal at the register said each topping was a dollar. If that’s the case, I should’ve been entitled to more than a spoonful of graham, peanut butter, and small drizzle of chocolate. I hadn’t been to Cold Stone in a while because of the prices and this trip was a reminder of that. You guys have too many competitors for those prices. I’d encourage you to consider the pricing/portions and employees should be wearing gloves (That was pretty gross). Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Ordered a cake with a custom printed image as the topper. Got a call the day of pickup that the printer is out of ink so they couldn’t do the topper anymore. Instead offered a rinky-dink toy as a topper, no refund for the photo we paid for. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Manager flat out refused to refund the photo even though they couldn’t deliver. Staff was helpful and apologetic, we don’t blame them but the manager needs to go back to training.

4 young people behind the counter, 5 people in line. No one fixing ice cream or taking orders. Is there an adult manager anywhere? Completely absent customer service. Save your $and avoid THIS location. 🫤

Hit or miss location. The birthday cake remix was overly sweet. The apple pie a la cold stone was disappointing. By the time I received it, it was all melted and had to throw away after. Oreo overload was fine. It has its days but for overpriced ice cream I should expect better. They also do not take Apple Pay which is odd.

Cold Stone's ice cream remains a favorite, but the service at the Concord Mills location needs improvement. The team members lacked enthusiasm and basic customer service skills. While the quality of ice cream keeps drawing us back, the lackluster service makes the experience less enjoyable than it should be. great product, disappointing service.

Coldstone really is the best place to get ice cream. I miss seeing more of them around after we moved.

Very rude staff. We ordered size love it and they gave us size like it and when we told them we ordered next size lady who gave us was very very rude. I wish coldstone give proper trainings to employees like such

My son and I went there today placed are order and got to the register and the order was $25.86. We handed them a $50 bill they said couldn’t break a $50 and don’t accept anything over $20. They asked me to go get change. I went to 3 different stores next to us and none would give change because we weren’t buying g anything there. So I went back with them still holding our already made cones and I said so you don’t have $24 change in the drawer she said no. So I said well I guess now you don’t get the sale and get to throw the ice cream away. Total BS. They had a small sign at the register but maybe they should have had it where you place your order.

i specified that i wanted the chocolate silk shake and that I'm allergic to dairy. this is normally made without any dairy products. the employee called another employee over and said they're out of almond milk and could make it with their smoothie mix base. i asked if that has any dairy products in it and she said no. she didn't check the label at that time so that was a red flag. while they started preparing my shake, i decided to google ingredients to double check and the smoothie base does in fact contain dairy, this is why I can't have any smoothies or other shakes. so i asked her again, "are you sure this doesn't have dairy? because online says the smoothie base has dairy" she said she could check the label for me and came back saying nowhere on the container does it say it contains it, it's just like a sugar powder mix. which is not true. I'm glad i double checked and did not trust the employees. i do not know if this is an employee issue or a mislabelling issue but either way, this is a serious issue.

This store has the worst supervisor and staff members.I ordered a cookies & cream ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday messaging.Due to last minute changes in plan, I called the store 24 hours in advance. The cake (very popular flavor) was already built, but no messaging added yet on it. So it was NOT customized. I do know they are able to cancel orders and put them back in the freezer for sale, which for a cookies and cream cake, it shouldn’t be a hard sell.The supervisor had no authority to make a call, and told me to called on Monday or Tuesday when the manager is there. However, it was supposed to be picked tomorrow.Business are out there not willing to work with customers. But that has a price as a bad review online.I’m positive a bad review will cost the store way more than the price of the cake - $50Not buying here never again.
