Very rude staff. We ordered size love it and they gave us size like it and when we told them we ordered next size lady who gave us was very very rude. I wish coldstone give proper trainings to employees like such

My son and I went there today placed are order and got to the register and the order was $25.86. We handed them a $50 bill they said couldn’t break a $50 and don’t accept anything over $20. They asked me to go get change. I went to 3 different stores next to us and none would give change because we weren’t buying g anything there. So I went back with them still holding our already made cones and I said so you don’t have $24 change in the drawer she said no. So I said well I guess now you don’t get the sale and get to throw the ice cream away. Total BS. They had a small sign at the register but maybe they should have had it where you place your order.

i specified that i wanted the chocolate silk shake and that I'm allergic to dairy. this is normally made without any dairy products. the employee called another employee over and said they're out of almond milk and could make it with their smoothie mix base. i asked if that has any dairy products in it and she said no. she didn't check the label at that time so that was a red flag. while they started preparing my shake, i decided to google ingredients to double check and the smoothie base does in fact contain dairy, this is why I can't have any smoothies or other shakes. so i asked her again, "are you sure this doesn't have dairy? because online says the smoothie base has dairy" she said she could check the label for me and came back saying nowhere on the container does it say it contains it, it's just like a sugar powder mix. which is not true. I'm glad i double checked and did not trust the employees. i do not know if this is an employee issue or a mislabelling issue but either way, this is a serious issue.

This store has the worst supervisor and staff members.I ordered a cookies & cream ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday messaging.Due to last minute changes in plan, I called the store 24 hours in advance. The cake (very popular flavor) was already built, but no messaging added yet on it. So it was NOT customized. I do know they are able to cancel orders and put them back in the freezer for sale, which for a cookies and cream cake, it shouldn’t be a hard sell.The supervisor had no authority to make a call, and told me to called on Monday or Tuesday when the manager is there. However, it was supposed to be picked tomorrow.Business are out there not willing to work with customers. But that has a price as a bad review online.I’m positive a bad review will cost the store way more than the price of the cake - $50Not buying here never again.

The woman who took my order gave me choc shavings because she didnt know what syrup is. They do not keep the counters clean at this location. My order had other toppings from previous orders mixed in.

Isn’t the point of getting ice cream to enjoy eating it? This place has NO places to sit. By the time we found a place to sit our ice cream was melting.

I arrived at 7:40 and they didn't help me because it was already closed, I had my 3 daughters with me who loves ice cream and I asked them to help us and with a bad attitude they didn't want to! Very bad service!

Employees turned people away TWENTY minutes before close!! No other restaurants were doing this. Even the Cinnabon and boba place with longer lines were still open and not turning customers away!

It was my first time visiting Coldstone and I must say, I was very impressed. I didn't think there was a better ice cream shop than Two Scoops. This was definitely top teir. I can't wait until they get one in Gastonia!
