Buzzed Viking Brewing Co. & Meadery Concord

The way the kitchen was shut down — with no warning, no heads-up, nothing — was shocking and honestly hurtful. They were showing up, doing their jobs, trusting you, and instead of being told the truth, they had to find out on their own that everything was basically over.

On top of that, the lying, the excuses, and the missing money… it’s hard to swallow. They believed what you told them. They worked through the chaos. And to find out things weren’t honest the whole time feels like a slap in the face.

What hurts the most, though, is them not being paid for the hours they worked. They put in real time, real effort, real energy — and to just not get paid is beyond wrong. It’s unfair, and it put people in tough spots they didn’t deserve to be in.

I’m asking you to make this right. Pay what’s owed, be honest about what happened, and take responsibility for the way this was handled. They deserve that much.

Great brewery, great little spot. Chatted with a bartender a bunch today, I believe her name was Hannah? She was fantastic, made some great recs and chatted about the food a bunch. Absolutely coming back when I can. That Imperial Pumpkin Ale is DANGEROUSLY GOOD YALL.

Hannah was an excellent bartender who always looked after me during my visits while working in the area. The beer selection was good, and the food was delicious, especially the Hellfire Burger.

We came in 20 mins before close on Sunday night and Hannah still welcomed us in. She’s the best and the mead is delicious we will be back to see her thank you!

Hours are not matching Google and the website vs closing time on the note on the door. Pulled up and saw 2 other people walking back from the door. They also assumed it was open till 8 on Sunday nights based on google. Never rely on businesses to be managed correctly.

Drove 45 mins and they were closed, paper sheet on the door with hours different from Google and their own website.

We visited Buzzed Viking on Sunday and had a fantastic experience. The food, atmosphere, live band, and service were all excellent. It was busy, but Hannah was attentive and professional the whole time, even though the sign says bar service, she provided great table service and was constantly running between the bar and kitchen to help out. She offered excellent recommendations and the beer selection on tap was impressive. Everytime we come here we always ask for Hannah she always makes it a great experience Thank you, Hannah, for your proficient service and outstanding personality. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here and it was disappointing. We had a group of ten and sat out on the covered patio. The good: The beer. Hannah was pleasant. Atmosphere inside and out was decent. Live music was great but very loud inside. The not so good: The food was generally awful. We had nachos, pizza, burgers, pretzels and a few other things. The nachos were a joke. The wine is cheap boxed wine so don’t expect anything good there. The covered side patio and inside was kind of dirty. We aren’t smokers so the mostly constant cigarette smoke on the patio was not pleasant and not much air movement. Maybe it’s the model, but we got no service outside although it wasn’t busy and the two people working inside were often not serving other guests. Hannah came out when we first got there but never again over about two hours. This is not a place we will return.

My first time visit to Buzzed Viking was great! I was recommended the chicken alfredo+beer special by Hannah, and it was an excellent choice! The chicken alfredo plate came with a good serving size of pasta and the dish itself was creamy and flavorful. Also, Hannah was such a great host/bar tender!

I Came in Sunday afternoon and just want to say the meads here are delicious. Hannah recommended the thors tropical thunder and it was phenomenal. I also had some garlic parm wings and they were flavorful and delicious! But to top it all off the service was even better. The service was extremely outstanding, thanks to Hannah. We will be back thank you guys!

I stopped in for lunch and had the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap with onion rings — both were phenomenal. More impressive was the service: Hannah was attentive, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations that really improved the whole experience. She made our visit memorable. Highly recommend coming here and asking for Hannah!

I am leaving reviews across the Concord and Kannapolis area. My wife and I went in Saturday for a quick bite and a brew. We were first seen by a girl named Taylor. She was rude and seemed very inexperienced. We still love the beer, and the food. Compliments to the chef on Saturday and the other girl working was very sweet. We will be back when Taylor is no longer working.

I came today,and tried the pina colada mead it was so delicious. Hannah waited on me and she was super knowledgeable, had a very positive attitude and was extremely attentive. I will be back for more delicious meads and for the phenomenal service!
