Usually I don't have too bad a time here, the foods usually very, very good however staff can sometimes be very rude. The cashiers will often interrupt your order while adding toppings, resulting in them incorrectly, making whatever meal you have. When addressing this at the window they can become rude and often get an attitude.After asking for my burger to be fixed I was given rude remarks and a bun that looked to have been dropped into mustard.
Iv been coming to this cookout since it opened. The food is always great when the order is made right usually is. But shame that the inconsiderate employees make the service inconsistent. This afternoon around 3:30pm I went to the drive through and got the worst service Iv had in a long time at this location. Not busy at all I Sat at the speaker for at least 5 mins while the other speaker had attended 3 other cars behind me. So I pulled up to the window talked to 3 different employees...
