I ordered a couple shakes and they didn't get it right and were a hot mess. They were nice and corrected. Another customer had a similar experience just before me. Just seems like most workers on running around like mad trying to fill orders. Very hit or miss experience.
The lines might get long at times but they move quickly. The workers do a great job of being professional and efficient. I always have a great experience here and enjoy getting a tray.
You can either walk up to the window where you can drive through I normally choose to walk up to the window cuz I like the personal service that I get from the people inside. You can also sit outside at the benches are in the table and eat your food there.
