We enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but our food had taken to long to be served for a large table, and all food needs to served at once.... server and cooks need to be syched..but owner had taken care of us..

We decided to try a different place for breakfast and very happy we chose Crack of Dawn Diner. Truly one of the best experiences. The food was great and our server was very pleasant.....all at a reasonable price. Definitely will go back, I'm looking forward to trying some of their lunch items!
Edit: Went there for lunch and had the cheese steak wrap. OMG it was to die for!!! Growing up in New Jersey, this is by far the best cheese steak outside of the Philly area that I've found. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other items.

The French toast was real good . And our Server ( Mayana)was excellent. But then we had issues. Food wasn’t hot and we had to send our veggie omelette back to cook again to it not being done the 2nd time.

I’ve been going here quite regularly for about two months. The food is simple, but good. The portions are mostly good, sometimes too big. The breakfast menu could use some expansion, it’s lacking options. Especially for people that can’t consume dairy.

Don't know if the food is good or not we didn't ever get waited on and left.
Nice visit. Food was perfect, c/s was perfect. Atmosphere is very comfortable. My mother in law is super picky and she loved it all. Coffee is the only thing that could have been better. Beautiful glass mugs but coffee was weak, just a blah taste & luke warm. Not mad, I'll just get water or tea next time.

Stepping into this place feels like walking into a cozy country kitchen — the kind where the coffee’s always hot and the smiles come free. The down-home atmosphere instantly puts you at ease, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier if they tried.
I went for the Big Breakfast, and it lives up to its name. Fluffy eggs cooked just right, three hearty cuts of meat that were smoky and savory, creamy grits that taste like they’ve been perfected over generations, and your choice of toast or a biscuit (trust me, go for the biscuit — it’s warm, buttery, and melts in your mouth).
Every bite reminded me why breakfast is the best meal of the day. It’s generous, flavorful, and served with the kind of care that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on a true hometown gem.
