Newly remolded looks great still has the old time atmosphere,
The food at any Cracker Barrel is always good...I always go to one in each city. This location had very slow service. We were in the restaurant for 2 hours. We were seated quickly so all the time was spent getting our food and standing in a long line to pay. The server told us that it had been like that since the Concord Mills location had closed. If this was the case, shouldn't scheduling have been adjusted to make up for the extra customers??? Unfortunately, it was the worst...read full review
We've always had excellent service until we went for my birthday. The service was horrible but we finally got all of our food. Everything turned out well.
