Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Things sure have changed. Not much to choose from as used to be. My chocolate chips in my pancakes were burnt. It is not the country atmosphere it used to be. The service was slow and it wasnt packed out or even croowded. Our waitress provided excellent service. Bring the original country Cracker Barrel back.

You have a choice whether you want Breakfast or Dinner anytime! My husband chose Dinner and I had breakfast. The menu has a variety of selections. It is clean, all the staff were friendly, willing to assist anyway possible.

Carrots in the pot roast were not done. The cream potatoes on my plate along with my husband's were cold. Second time in a row the food was bad. Will not visit again.

Never will I eat at this crackers barrel again!! Waiter was horrible, had to ask multiple times for things to be brought to the table, saw one guy have to get up from his table and walk to the kitchen to ask for more drink! My daughters food ( bacon) wasn't done. Food took too long to be brought out to us, food wasn't that good at all! It definitely wasn't worth the price i paid for!! So people beware!

Server he was great. Place was busy due to Sunday service. Myself and wife both had the beef fried steak plate. Later that afternoon both stomachs were messed-up.

Well, my family and I love your Monday special of chicken and rice. You discontinued for years but returned it back for Monday specials. I live in Charlotte NC. The past two months every Monday I order Chicken and Rice for my family. During pick up of my orders. I always have to request for additional rice because of the portion they give. It's totally embarrassing to stand there and ask for additional rice. So, for the past two weeks I stopped going. Yesterday my family asked to try again. This time I called this location for the first time. Picked up my order and well do u know the portion of rice was perfect for a carryout. For next Monday I will return to the same location and hopefully the service continues. Thanks

I miss the old decor. I understand the new modern look and I’m not mad at it (serving alcohol is a plus.) I just miss the nostalgic feel of the old style. Also I don’t know if they started paying their cooks more but my meal was a 10/10 no complaints. I also love the new products in the shopping area. My only issue was my server. I don’t remember her name but she mentioned she just moved to mornings from night shift and it took an extremely long time for our food to get to our table. For a place that serves fried eggs and hash brown casserole served from an already prepped hotel pan it shouldn’t take 30 minutes plus for food to get to guests. That isn’t necessarily her fault but I tried to flag her down for over 10 minutes to ask for hot sauce. She was literally serving the table directly next to us and wouldn’t even look at me so I could ask her for something.

TLDR: food was gas, I bought like 10 of those little salt and pepper shakers because they’re super cute. Miss the old decor and the service was meh.

Ordered Chicken Dumplings, Green beans, and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. There's obviously smaller portion sizes, the worst was the brown gravy tasted about like BBQ sauce. Asked the waitress about it and she said that Cracker Barrel has revamped their recipes. I told her that I was very disappointed. Also told her that it sounds like Cracker Barrel was going downhill fast. It used to be my favorite restaurant.

The food was not the same quality that I have come to expect from Cracker Barrel. It seemed like it had been cooked for a while. Not to mention the prices have gone up significantly.

I will never go to this Cracker Barrel again. The service was the worst. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. We had to flag our server down for refills. Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to eat, but I will never stop here again. They were not busy at all. No reason for the slack service

I tell you, this is not the Cracker Barrel I'm accustomed to. I understand that things are more expensive but for the price and the food quality. It will be a very long time before my family visits Cracker Barrel again. I've, or we've never really had an issue with the CB before, but this time, it was really disappointing. Spent almost $100 for the four of us and honestly could have been a lot better. Service was good, but the food, not so good. I really hate this too, because we don't dine at CB, very often, but we've never really gotten anything this bad before. What a shame. And we noticed that a time, that should have been a very busy time. As I mentioned before,CB usually was a place, we didn't really have to worry, if it was good or not. Well this time,most definitely wasn't very good. Really hoping that things get better than what we had this visit, because we did notice that for the time that we arrived. What should have been very busy, we were seated immediately. I really hope things get better.
Another thing that was interesting, a lot of the staple items, that were available, aren't anymore. I don't know? But it will be a while before my family and I, visit CB.

and the food was very good.
I had paid a visit to the breakfast place across the street and the atmosphere wasn't pleasant so I left and came to Crackel Barrel. I am so glad I did.
