Service was a little slow and gravy had a strange aftertaste bacon half flimsy have crisp on each piece overall was not up to the standards I normally get from this chain

My family & I had a wonderful experience! The food was hot & delicious, we had Lauren who was a lovely server and even did a little shopping ?️ in their fabulous ? gift shop afterwards! ?
My family and I went to this location yesterday- we proceeded to the hostess stand where we waited thinking someone would come to seat us- after waiting more than 15 mins and no one came, I ask the lady behind the register if we could get some help. She told us everyone was in a meeting. I ask if she could go and get someone- she hesitated and went we thought to get someone. She said they would be there shortly- another 15 mins went by still no one to seat us. I ask if a manager was available she said they were in a meeting. About that time two families came walking out of the dining area and told us they would go somewhere else if we wanted to eat, they had been sitting more than 30 mins and a waitress never came to help them.As a manager myself I could not believe there were customers and they were being refused service due to a meeting. Someone should have been available to help the customer. This is the reason many places are going under- due to lack of service- this store lost 5 families of business due to this “meeting”.We enjoy cracker barrel but rest assured we will think twice before returning.

You no longer get a whole piece of coca cola cake for $4 and some change , You now get half a piece of cake and, You have to pay almost $7 .
I purchase muffins on 04/19-2024 as I always often get their cornbread muffins that day they didn't seem to be very good so I called and on that following Monday spoke with a manager and tell her what was going on with the cornbread muffins from Sunday and she told me I could come in and get another batch which I did and there was so much better very good cornbread muffins you need to try them when they are made right please excit
