The customer service at this location is always Poor! The young lady that I encountered today at the front desk had an attitude due to me making a simple request. Snapping at a customer is never acceptable, but it’s to be expected here! I asked them to bag my orders separately & that was not done so I asked her & I didn’t expect the attitude that commenced due to your error as a business. She separated my order into bags not pleasant might I add so then I asked where are the wipes & gloves & bibs. More attitude!!! Look I spent $112 on my order today & you are not the only establishment that sells your cuisine. I will not spend my money with people who don’t know how to treat a customer! Simple!

Was visiting from Texas with a party of 5. We Intended to spend some real money because we were celebrating something but quickly left after the appetizers and drinks . We ordered (8ct) fried shrimp appetizer and wanted to sub out their cocktail and tartar sauce for some of their cajun sauce that they serve in their seafood boils; you know, the type thats usually left at the bottom of the pot/bag … they said they would have to charge me $5 for that because its considered “a big side”. that is outrageous!
We also ordered the Fried Calamari, which was gross and definitely tasted like it was frozen, not fresh at all, including the shrimp.
As soon as you walk in they have all these notices plastered on the doors about “once the drink is on the table they cannot offer a refund for any reason”and other caution tales. The drinks we did get from the bar were weak.
Thankfully one of our drinks didnt reach the table before we decided to ask for the check because we were ready to go. Shouldve known something was up , it was desolate on a friday night during the holidays. Stay away from this place.

I really enjoyed eating here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The portion size was filling, and everything tasted well-seasoned. The staff was friendly, and the place felt clean and comfortable. The prices were fair for the quality. I would definitely come back and recommend this spot to others.
