In the 20 minutes that we were there, we got a menu and a beverage. Never ordered food because the server didn't come back, so we left. Wouldn't recommend this place but would have loved to try the food. It looked like it might be good.

Not much to say, they have crab but lack everything else. When we walked in the girl behind the counter said she couldn't help us. The service consisted of getting our food and the server being MIA. Food was average. Plastic silverware and plates. Told they didn't have drinks they had and we ended up getting. Not sure the hype here.

Every time I visit there the Concord Mills Location Ray the waiter always greets me with a bubbly smile! And my catfish babyyyyyy be so crispy and pretty lolll ! Fast super hotttt when it hits my table ! Like I love it !

If I could do zero stars I would!! First thing coming in we were not greeted for a good 2min or so. Then we were finally sat a table where multiple servers passed us over and over for 15 min. The host even came down our row check every table and turning around before she got to ours. That was the final straw and we left…. While a group of employees stood and watched at the front. Worst customer service experience EVER!!! Also the bathrooms were disgusting!

We had a party of 10 and were the only ones there on a Saturday night. The heat wasn't working and it was 20 degrees outside and about 45 inside. When we went in we asked for the heat to be turned up. They said they would take care of it right away. The didn't tell us the it didn't work. We ate as fast as we could and left. Food was good but they should have told us the heat was broken. They automatically add 18% for parties of 6 or more.
Parking: Wrap up like you are going snow skiing.

Great food bad service I drove 40 mins to get something I had paid for they messed up on and only thing I got was we will give you 10% off of your next order. Riya laughed when I called “oh yeah I have your order right here but it cold you can come back and get it but it wouldn’t be e fresh we will just make you another order when you come” umm ma’am that’s 40 mins away........ what’s so funny🙄
