If I could do zero stars I would!! First thing coming in we were not greeted for a good 2min or so. Then we were finally sat a table where multiple servers passed us over and over for 15 min. The host even came down our row check every table and turning around before she got to ours. That was the final straw and we left…. While a group of employees stood and watched at the front. Worst customer service experience EVER!!! Also the bathrooms were disgusting!

We had a party of 10 and were the only ones there on a Saturday night. The heat wasn't working and it was 20 degrees outside and about 45 inside. When we went in we asked for the heat to be turned up. They said they would take care of it right away. The didn't tell us the it didn't work. We ate as fast as we could and left. Food was good but they should have told us the heat was broken. They automatically add 18% for parties of 6 or more.
Parking: Wrap up like you are going snow skiing.

Great food bad service I drove 40 mins to get something I had paid for they messed up on and only thing I got was we will give you 10% off of your next order. Riya laughed when I called “oh yeah I have your order right here but it cold you can come back and get it but it wouldn’t be e fresh we will just make you another order when you come” umm ma’am that’s 40 mins away........ what’s so funny🙄
Brought my grandson tonight and needless to say, I was very disappointed. We both ordered mussels and clams and most of them were empty. The crab was soggy, bathrooms were nasty and the floors are so sticky that my shoes were sticking. I definitely won’t be going there again!

A really great place to have a nice filling dinner! This is the second year we've come here during our Renn Faire visit. My boyfriend loves their low boil, and I've enjoyed both the fried shrimp and wings. Also, love the buttery garlic flavor on their corn. The only reason for the 4 stars is the low boil has ala carte items that are typically included (sausage).

Crafty Crab Concord offers a solid seafood boil experience. The boil itself was good, but I felt like the flavor could have been a bit more bold. On the upside, the hush puppies were delicious, and the oysters were incredibly fresh, which I really enjoyed.
The only downside was the overpowering smell in the restaurant, which was a bit much, but I stuck through it. Overall, it’s worth a visit, especially for the fresh seafood and sides!
