The young girl that took the order was very snobby and rude. I ordered a vegetarian roll that costed 5$, and all it had was lettuce. She also forgot to add my drink, and did not give any napkins. The young girl was not welcoming, was trying to be smart by over-explaining with talking down type of attitude, did not Thank us, and had a snobby smile. She made my role with only lettuce that took 10 minutes. Will never go back to this place. There are many places around the area that are welcoming, not overcharge for 10oz of lettuce calling that vegetarian role, and would want out business. Disappointed.

This was the best meal I have had in a while! My banh mi was absolutely delicious—it was tender, crunchy, so flavorful and the bread was the perfect chewy, crispy baguette. I ate it in the parking lot in my car—I wanted a taste before I went back to work and ended up eating the whole thing like a mannerless beast. I’m not sorry, either. I would do it again. I am currently trying to get every last boba in my milk tea. It’s that good!! Go get some…now. Really, do it now.

We decided to eat here on a whim after not "feeling" anything in particular. 3 of us ordered the shrimp noodle bowl, and another ordered the fried tofu and a boba tea. We all were really impressed (even my son that doesn't care for anything out the ordinary). We were able to customize our bowls and the guy on staff was super helpful! The portion sizes were really big (we all had leftovers). We were slightly sad that we were leaving the next day and couldn't eat there again!

Best Banh Mi in town. Every time lunch rolls around I think where I should eat. I would say 9 out of 10 times I go with crispy banh mi. I love it.

I got Crispy's favorite and it was delicious! The bread was really good and the filling were so flavorful. I am adding this to my Charlotte favorites.

My date took me here for a quick bite to eat. He goes here often and it was my first time. We both ate the grilled chicken sandwiches which were very tasty with a sauce on them. Sandwiches were filled with chicken, cucumbers and carrots. Fries were good. Small place off the path and tucked away in a no name, small strip shopping center. I will be back to try something else.

My old neighbor used to rave about Crispy Banh Mi, though I'm not normally a huge fan of banh mi, so we never tried it. It's only a couple miles from our house in a small shopping center on South Boulevard - not the easiest to find - but we finally stopped one Saturday for lunch. I got the grilled pork and my husband got two sandwiches (I can't remember which ones). I was pleasantly surprised that I liked mine as much as I did - though it was pretty spicy! We also ordered a boba tea (something I've always wanted to try) and a frappe - both were delicious. It's a pretty small place tucked away, but it was busy when we got there. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our food and ate there. I don't know much about banh mi, but I quite liked mine and would order it again. We stopped again a couple months later, but the queue was too long and we left (we were in a bit of a hurry). The prices are very reasonable and we'll definitely go back - it's a great find and I'd recommend!

This is a fantastic place to get a delicious Banh mi sandwich. I had never been before so I got the recommended, #4, grilled pork. I will be returning. Veggie toppings are fresh, the bread is crispy bread, and the mead is tender. Just be careful with the fresh jalapeños, maybe leave them off if you don’t like the heat!

Good food, quick service and quality ingredients. I have stopped by here multiple times when in the area and never disappointed. Keep up the good work!

I've eaten here several times - just be aware the sandwiches are a bit on the small side, so if you're hungry, you'll need two. They also seriously need some alternatives for sides. Even just a bag of potato chips would be a welcome addition - I don't always want a fried spring roll or other heavier side. They also only have water in bottles, and soft-drinks in cans. The food quality is excellent, but they need to step up their game a bit and add less expensive, "grab & go" sides, and put in a soda fountain. They'd make a lot more on fountain drinks than they do the canned & bottled stuff. My biggest complaint is that they don't recycle. Hello? It's almost 2018 - why are they still putting cans and bottles into the landfill??

My wife and stumbled on this place a couple of months ago and have been back twice. Overall we have been very happy with our food. A good Bahn Mi is hard to find. We will be back

Stumbled on this restaurant and so glad I did. Had the grilled chicken bang mi and noodle bowl liked both. We were adventurous and had the Chinese herbal dessert and that was tasty too. Don't forget to add the flavored slushee with the pearls in the bottom, they are yummy. I will be back for sure to try other things on the menu!

I have only ordered the grill pork or grilled chicken banh mi here. I've eaten some of the best banh mi in Orange County, CA and Houston, TX. Both areas have a large Vietnamese population so there are many banh mi restaurants to choose. I visit my family in Houston every year so I know the choices are plenty. Charlotte is very lucky that we have a banh mi that is better than any I've had in Orange County or Houston.

Years ago Charlotte had a market that sold Bahn Mi. I ate one and loved it then they closed. I've been searching for another ever since. Crispy Bahn Mi is all that and more!! I have tried a number of the sandwiches but the Grilled Pork is something I now crave! My son likes the BBQ Pork which is more like thick bacon than what we southerners consider BBQ. If you don't typically try ethnic foods this is a good place to start! Crispy Bahn Mi is very reasonably priced, quick and friendly. My only complaint is that they are not open later than 8pm. A must visit for a delicious quick bite!
