yes I would recommend Carolina Mall Dairy Queen because they have the best ice cream and it doesn't have all that sugar in their ice cream they also have great customer service didn't take them long to fill my order and I truly love coming at this location and yes I would recommend my family members and Friends to come check out Carolina Mall Dairy Queen it's the best!!!

Horrible customer service... Condescending tone when speaking with customers.

Yall need to understand they are there for 4-8 hours at a time, yes it is a job but not a good one if ur going to leave a bad comment at lest have the balls to actually walk up there and say it to their face.

Very dirty counters, register, equipment. Employees sitting on butts playing on phones, acting like they don't want a job. If you are being paid you give friendly service and have the nerve to have a tip cup, which by the way was dirty also. I cannot even imagine why the employees are not cleaning instead of just goofing around. Ordered an orange Julius it doesn't taste like orange at all tasted like lemonade and ice cream. Just disappointed.

This is the front counter they are sitting on and has their feet on. Haven’t looked up one time from their phones! Not even friendly or nice when you approach the counter!

Ordered my cup and watched the worker picking her coworker’s nose then she came around with my order. I threw it straight in the trash. I know it’s a bunch of kids that works there, I was still hoping that they would find some decent ones. They are just gross. 🤮

The staff is great! The atmosphere is very typical of a mall setting. The young ladies that are at the front do a great job and they made me feel really welcome and happy to get ice cream.

Kaden, the guy working, was super friendly. He was very kind and helpful.He told us the cherry hard topping was back! It is my favorite! We will definitely go back. Thanks Kaden!
