Went to the Carolina Mall, and I saw a Dairy Queen in the food court. I haven't been to one in a while, but I have enjoyed the blizzards in the past. Makenzie, Kaden, and Kellyn were so awesome in helping me decide what flavor I would like. I ended up ordering the Oreo Cheescake blizzard, and it was delicious. Will definitely be back!

An orange julius store that has no orange julius drinks because the machine is broken. Was broken last month i was here. They should either fix the machine or put something over the sign that says orange julius. Before opening one of the workers was sitting on the ice chest.. they cant get chairs and keep ot more sanitary?

I'm going to have to give this place a 1 star because these last few times over the stretch of a couple months, the orange Julius machine is down. So if you are looking for a nice refreshing Julius, this is not the place to go

Took my 3 yr old grandson here for a treat. 1st off, they refuse to do the parking lot pick up & told me I had to come inside... Nevermind that there's a huge banner on the building stating that they offer this service.So we go inside and you just kinda expect friendly service... Not here, we weren't even greeted with a "how can I help you?" But instead this girl gives us a glance and then continues to stare out in space. Confused I asked if she even worked there. The customer service is beyond horrible. Her phone was getting way more attention than my grandson and I.If you don't like your job, find a different one or at least learn to fake it AND if you're the manager, boss, owner .. whatever be smart enough to hire individuals that help your business, not hinder it.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Dilly Bar and was given a non-dairy Dilly bar. What kind of Dairy Queen doesn’t have a Dilly bar made of real ice cream? I asked what it was and was told that’s all they have. Employee seemed confused by my question and waded up my receipt with survey redemption before handing me Dilly bar so I couldn’t ask for it back to use elsewhere. I took one bite of it and it was very nasty with no flavor. Couldn’t eat it. Go to a different location.

My Wife loves Dairy Queen but this location just does not have their ACT together. The Owner was there overseeing everything his employees were doing and it was QUITE obvious that he was making everything entered into their POS. very small portions and tasted like it was on the edge of being too old.Mr. Manager...you should be standing on the other side of the Counter for a change and observing just how poorly your storefront looks to potential customers. We travel all of this great Country of ours and, there are a TON of DQ's out there that are in the Soft Serve business. And their businesses' are thriving!Your location looks like you are about to go out of the Soft Serve business.

Terrible!! Came here to order a blizzard for my son. The cashier was SITTING on the counter swinging her legs browsing through her phone. We waited for a few minutes thinking their was someone else working. When I said “excuse me is there someone that can help us” she acted like we were disturbing her. I’ll never spend a penny here.
Normally this place is pretty good but today I was going to get a small sundae and they were closed an hour earlier than they should’ve
