They need to do better on game ticket rewards point regarding the prizes for the kids.

Big place to entertain kids

Came in at 12-12-25 for a drink before our movie started. The line at the bar is un-organized. People passing and the manager who was bartending was more focused on the group of heavily drunk folks serving them double shots after double shots. I was waiting literally at the bar for over 30 mins and was never looked at. I guess if your drunk and throwing money over the counter your definitely priority. There was probably 10 people who walked away and left. Pretty terrible since the bartender was the manager. If this was the case I wouldn't have spent $60+ on game card for the kids!

Very disappointed with the service at this place. Came on a Wednesday night and just trying to get a drink at the bar took forever so I switched to seating. Took another 25 minutes just to get my drink and food. 1 server taking orders and 1 bartender taking drinks. Really unacceptable for a place like this.

I was there with a large group for work. There was only one, seemingly new server for our table of 14. It took almost an hour to get drinks, then almost another hour for the entrees. My meal was forgotten entirely; I got my food when the rest of the group was finishing. The manager/supervisor apologized and comped my meal, but the excuse that they don't cook steak and fish at the same time was a poor one. I've never been to a Dave and Buster's before and it's not likely I'll try it again.

For context: the only arcade games I really play anymore are music games.

While I am very grateful for the Dance Dance Revolution machine at our store, unfotunately it hasn't been updated in 5-6 years, so the threat of online connectivity being terminated, or being replaced by stepmaniax are always out there... We just want DDR World (The version Round1 has).

Second, on the topic of Round1, many of us would rather drive hours to go there than minutes to go D&B, since they have other (online!) music games such as maimai, beatmania, and guitarfreaks/drummania. In order to compete with Round1, I would suggest taking better care of already existing DDR machines (via upgrades), and importing more Japanese rhythm games.

I would still rather have this half-working DDR machine than StepmaniaX.

Had to wait forever to receive and return the pool balls and the tables definitely need to be serviced. Over my drink was good and the vibe was chill. Didn’t play any games or eat. Only went to shoot pool.

Pretty good except the guy at the ticket redemption shop disappeared for 30 minutes and the other staff didn't assist. Would have been a good experience otherwise

The staff and service was very unprofessional. 1 one of the managers told my girlfriend and I we have to be 25 years old to sit and eat. 2 we received our food 5 minutes before closing (btw we were seated 30 minutes before). 3 we felt rushed to eat our food because they started to turn off the TVs and the lights 5 minutes into eating our food. Yes I understand Dave & Busters close at 1 but the staff should’ve announced that they were closing and should’ve waited till after we finished eating to start turning the lights and TVs off.. Also the food was not appealing. Definitely will not be going back here. Highly disappointed.
