Monique was an amazing server! She served my big family for a birthday party and was so attentive and awesome. We weren’t waiting more than just a couple minutes for any drinks or anything. She’s an awesome server and recommend her to anyone!

My experience was great here. Had an excellent server named Bryant!!! He was spectacular in customer service support and excellent communication. I will definitely be coming back here.

Fun place. Crowded. Some of the games were out of order

Walk-up bar service was extremely slow. Drinks were very weak yet extremely overpriced. Bathrooms were disgusting 🫣

Left a sports bar in the area to come here and sit at their bar. As expected on a Saturday night, they had a big crowd. Able to snag two seats and were immediately greeted by our bartender. She was super friendly, efficient, and straight to the point. She even took the time to see if they had any sparkling wine in the back of the restaurant, which they did. I appreciated the effort. Ordered a couple of drinks and some apps and had a great time. I'm definitely coming back here just for drinks as it beats going to a super busy sparts bar with no seating. Located in Concord Mills mall with plenty of parking.

Had a great time with the kids

We waited 30 minutes for a table, then 40 minutes just to have our order taken!! I approached the hostess stand 3X and they watched my lips move as I asked if perhaps they forgot about the table with me and my 2 stepsons, all three employees completely ignored me and kept conversing with one another. I stood in front of them for another 3 minutes or so waiting for them to engage - they never did. I found a manager waking the floor and he said “wait, I’ll find out who your server is.” Now, at the 40 minutes mark, 40 minutes since we were seated with menus - we are still sitting here waiting to order as the staff continues to sail past us and ignore us. I would’ve left long ago, but my stepsons have been waiting to come to Dave and Busters and I promised them we would have dinner here. The manager returned and took our order himself. He was very hospitable and I appreciated his manner after being treated rudely by his staff. I can see that the place is understaffed and I’m sure the team is overwhelmed - but the customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. We will never come back here.

I enjoyed it and it's so much todo it will take more visits to fully experience the fun , food was great service was slow on a not so busy day but maybe because it was late night around 8 but I would recommend to anyone with children or anyone wanting a chill spot for dates or game night

The issue regarding the tickets, my daughter had accidentally drop her card. Took a bit for manager to pull it up transfer it too a new card and already the person who found her card took all her tickets she won. She had about 775 tickets what I last saw and we had put at least 75 dollars worth of coins on there. I think a clear instruction on what to do whenever the child or person lose their card to prevent theft, there was none on the machine about what to do. Management did not bother to offer anything but sorry , this what you do in the future. Yes I understand the fault of dropping her card but I wasn't able to deactivate the card in time to keep someone from stealing it. It still stealing at the end of the day, should had been handled better.

Also want to add that the bathrooms in the women's needs an update, some stalls has the toliet paper hanging off the wall or missing so toliet paper was on the floor. Sinks were not functioning or the paper towel dispenser. Not well kept at all
