I've yet to have anything from here that wasn't delicious. Food cooked when you order, and they make their own patties for burgers. A very generous burger! Service is exceptional. Also, don't skip on their delicious desserts.

The food is amazing. I tried the croaker with mac & cheese and collard greens. Everything tastes great and was cooked fresh. The restaurant is very clean. It’s worth the drive from Charlotte for some GOOD food! My friend has the catfish with yams and mac. She also loved the food and the yams also tasted great!!!

I drove from Mooresville to Concord to eat a certain restaurant to find out it wasn’t open. When searching for other options in the area I came across Annie’s fish n fixins. Everything was just as good as it looked in the pictures. I had the flounder, hushpuppies, yams, Mac n cheese, and baked beans. Every single item was delicious. They cook your food to order and it shows in the quality. Homey establishment with kind staff. I will definitely be back when I’m out that way.

A Gem! 🌟 (Visitor from Texas) I was completely blown away by this family-owned spot! The food is outstanding. I had the Fried Catfish, Onion Rings, and Okra, and everything was cooked to absolute perfection—crispy, tender, and seasoned just right. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. My only complaint is that I wish I could take this restaurant back to Texas with me! If you're in the area, you MUST visit. 10/10!

I had a taste for fish and chips and checked out the reviews here! On arrival, you order from the till on the left as you enter! They have menus there too!
I asked the chap at the counter about the fish batter and he explained it was a dry batter and yes deep fried!
I had the flounder (sandwich) combo with the chips (French Fries) and a soda! (Tartare sauce on the side).
The fish and chips were made fresh while I waited and I chose to dine in! The atmosphere was very friendly and Lisa came over to chat as I finished my meal - which was very nice!
The fish sandwich was very tasty - nice batter and not at all greasy! The chips were decent too - and they had malt vinegar - yay! (You have to ask for it as they don't have it on the table - likewise ketchup/hot sauce)!
I shall definitely be telling my friends about this shop - and will most certainly be returning!
What a gem! I went with my daughter to check this place out for lunch today and we liked it a lot. The fish was well seasoned and fresh, and the fried okra, onion, rings, and baked beans were good. We both got kool-aid which was a nice touch. Whole staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. You can tell the family loves doing what they do and that they take pride in it. All around great little fish spot that I'm glad I found!

We have been looking for a good place with fried fish and it hit the spot!!! Did not disappoint. I ordered the whiting platter w/mac & cheese and collard greens. My husband ordered the catfish platter w/green beans and French fries. The serving size was perfect and don’t forget about the hush puppies. Definitely our new go to for fried fish. Staff was great!!

It was a true pleasure to visit Annie's for some delicious treats. My girlfriend had the fried catfish and shrimp with Mac and Cheese + Potato Salad. As far as myself, I had the fried tilapia with collard greens + fried corn. The flavors were definitely a lock for a party in your mouth as the fish was fried to perfection. The collards were a little sweet, which was different for me. The fried corn was pretty good, maybe a dash of salt would be needed... just depending on your taste buds. As far as the Mac and Cheese and potato salad...baaaby! Definitely a home run hitter! Overall all I'll give this place an 8.5 out 10. I'll definitely be back for round 2 really soon. By the way, the staff was super friendly and the sweet lady at the register greeted us with a bright smile that already told me we were in for treat. Thank you
