Went here once in July (pre ordered online), was told from drive thru to pull off. I waited an extra 15 mins past time given and had to go inside to get my pizzas because the next driver at the window was still there. Tonight I ordered (at 4:15) delivery for 6:15 pm. App at 5:50 until 6:50 pm said manager checking quality. I finally called and they said driver just left. 5 mins later my app said driver on his way. They promised a free pizza voucher in my app but still waiting on that to show too. đ Giod pizza, just cold.

Weâve eaten here over a dozen times this year alone and tonight was truly a disgusting experience. We ordered two pizzas, one of which was supposed to be no cheese (lactose issue) and one with extra cheese and pineapple. The one with no cheese had cheese on it and the other one was missing the extra toppings. Okay, no problem, mistakes happen. We call up there and they offer to remake the pizzas and deliver them, we agree, they say 45 min to an hour. We call back 2 min after phone call and offer to pick them up so they donât have to make the trip out, the staff member thanks us and tells us to come in 10-15 min. Well my spouse went to pick them up and then we find out the order was never put in and my spouse had to wait to make them, the lady at the drive through window was so unbelievably rude. It took us an hour to have this rectified, mind you they didnât offer anything for the inconvenience and closed the window in my husbands face. The woman working there shouldnât be around customers, she lacks customer service skills and when it comes to you guys screwing up the least you could do is rectify it and be polite. This dominos has been hit or miss but usually itâs undercooked pizza which we just pop in the oven, it this was a whole new level. What a shame. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing family dinner. Very unfortunate, very unprofessional and just an overall very unpleasant experience.
If you canât read the tickets donât take it out on paying customers, it wasnât our error.

One night me and my son pulled in to park because our pizza wasnât ready yet and last time I pulled up to the drive thru window and my pizza wasnât ready yet they told me to just park in the front. While we waited for our order the cops were called on us. The officers informed us that the restaurant call them to check on us because we were sitting in their parking lot for over an hour. I showed my app to the cops telling them we just placed our order and was waiting since it wasnât ready yet. The cops went inside and grabbed our order and brought it to our car. There were three cops cars that pulled up on me and my son for just waiting for our order. When I called to inform them that it was extremely rude to lie to the cops like that I was brushed off with âwe will be more careful next timeâ. Will not order from this location ever again, I feel like if you are that afraid to work at night or at that location then you need another job also I know they donât make enough to rob them anyway.
Parking: If you park in the front, they will call cops on you and say you been there for over an hour.

Would give zero stars if I could. If you want your food the same night you order, I would advise NOT to choose dominos. We were told our delivery time would be 28-38 minutes; however, three hours later (on a Monday night and four calls later, hung up on twice) we still have not received our food. Manager told me over the phone she could give refund and deliver our food. She stated that she would personally deliver and was leaving the store as soon as she hung up, waited another hour and no pizzas were delivered, also no refund was issued. Very poor management and customer service skills.

First visit to this Dominoâs and they claimed my Dominoâs gift card was declined. Then, after more pushback claimed they are a franchise and donât accept gift cards. Also, when I pulled up to the drive-thru, I noticed the tracker showed they were still preparing the pizza, wasnât even the oven yet after placing my order 20 minutes prior.

Called to inquire and said they just left at 5:25pm. Called to cancel at 5:40pm. Ridiculous. Problem wasnât the wait, it was the deception throughout process.

I ordered a SMALLLL pepperoni pizza around the time they opened up and it said it would be ready at 11:44 I didnât get my pizza till 1205 now mind you the Dominoâs is 2 miles down the street and I ordered a SMALL PIZZA. OH, AND DONâT WORRY, YOU CAN BET TO HAVE YOUR PIZZA, WARM AND COLD.

Pleased an order online at 3:30pm for a 5pm delivery. They started the order at 4:35 and had it in the delivery car at 4:48. An HOUR later the driver was 3m from my home... then he turned around and headed back to the restaurant. So, I called and was told he could turn around and would be to me in another ~15 or so. This order had been for a birthday party. The door was now over an hour late, and had been sitting in the driver's car for well over an hour. So I asked for a refund and new food. I was told I could have one or the other, not both. So I took the refund. The manager at the store didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me, just told the operator to hang up. I normally buy at the Harrisburg store and pickup. I wont make the mistake of ordering delivery form this store again.

I can see why this place gets bad reviews. Ordered at 3:37 pm and got it at 4:20.. The pizza tracker says 15 -24 minutes.. everyone is standing around talking on the back. Stay away there's better places then this let alone better dominos..
