Always end up either cancelling or waiting for much longer than what the app shows. Lot of users share the same concern but apparently no action.

There is something crazy happening here tonight. Estimated time was 30 minutes. We ordered, came to pick it up after 1 hour, got update that order will be ready in 45 minutes. Isn't it crazy? We have been visiting that place for 6 years as family night tradition but starting seriously thinking to choose some other vendor.

I always go to this one since the food is always correct and made fresh and hot.

Arrived at the estimated time, and the food wasn’t ready. The inside board said 25 minutes before it would be ready. No one even greeted me, and I stood there for about 3- 5 minutes. I left and am about to go back to the grab the one pizza I ordered. Hoping the food is ready now.

We have been ordering from this place since 10-12 years. In the last several months, the service has gone down. All these times we have let it go because hey, maybe they just got busy, you know. But today, I’ve got to say something, as this is getting ridiculous. Makes me want to stop ordering here.

multiple times over the course of a year an order never arrived after delivery. I've had to call and get a refund or had it remade.

Last Friday, I did an order ahead to pick up at 6:30. Sent my husband to pick up. They told him it was still going to be 45 mins to 1 hour. He gets back and I check the app, it says it’s ready. I call them and they say oh yes that order has been ready. By the time I get there, get the food and get home, the food is cold and it’s be 40 mins past pick up time. Very frustrating. The guy making the pizza just kept spitting out how long it’s going to take bc he has xx items on his screen. It was the packing person that said it was ready. Happened to another customer in front of me when I was waiting in line to pick up.

99.99% of the time you will be getting delayed order by 90-120 min. Always there is something going on but no product for the pickup. Sometimes item order is mixed up, sometimes wrong product delivery, sometimes no delivery at all. Started looking for other options like Papa John’s, Newyork style pizza or Subways they are more professional and reliable.

The worst! Longest wait time ever.

I ordered a large pizza. It was nice and hot, fresh. Quick transaction and service.

If your app says the pizza will be ready in 10-15 minutes when I order, then by the time I drive 10 minutes to the store it should be almost ready.
When I got there, the display said I had to wait 30 more minutes!!!
Are you kidding me? That’s ridiculous
