I ordered online for delivery and was quoted a delivery time of 39 to 49 minutes. I used their pizza tracker, and when it got to "quality check," it stayed there for over 30 minutes. I called the restaurant 5 times to cancel my order since it was taking so long, but no one ever answered, I was on there waiting for quite a while. When the food got here finally, almost 2 hours later, it was cold. I called again, but yet again, no one took the call and I was just left on the phone waiting. This is the second time this has happened within less than a month. I have put in a complaint with corporate.

This place really did a number!!! I placed a delivery order and instructed the driver to ring the doorbell when they got here. Did my doorbell get rung? NO
I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and was given a Garden salad. When I called to ask for the correct one to be delivered, the person on the phone acted confused when I told them my issue. I was then put on a brief hold and when they came back to the phone, I was told the correct item would be delivered and that someone was on their way out to deliver it. WELLLLLLL 45 minutes go by and there is still no salad at my door.
Yall need to re-train your delivery drivers and your expo team on some customer service or something. This is unacceptable and could have all been TOTALLY avoided.

Pizza was not cooked in the middle and I'm pretty sure a blind person with one arm could do a better job at cutting a pizza then this dominos. Definitely won't be ordering again anytime soon.

I had an amazing experience at Domino's on Concord Mills Blvd. Ash provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure my gluten-free pizza was cut with a clean pizza cutter. This attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend this location!!

There is a manager special offered and I paid more ordering over the phone. If you know I’m calling and looking for deals. Why not let me know about the manager special because I’m considered a walk-in really! over the phone is different from online. I’m calling you to ask, what are your specials and not told about the walk-in I pay more money for just listening to your advertisements on the phone And ordering based off of that information information Doesn’t make sense to me! I called back once I realize there is a walk-in special and your response is online and walk-in are different. They have different options. The manager on duty at 3:45 PM on August 3 2024 At the #DATA Road location in Concord, North Carolina was not very informative. Maybe some additional Customer Service training will help.
