Worst coffee i ever drink, they gave me replacement that is also same as like hot water. No coffee powder on coffee.
Coffee was horrible,y sausage egg croissant, came with just bread Then I had to try to explain to a big guy with a nose ring and loud female sounding voice why it's wrong...
lowkey great for road trip pick-me-ups…i recommend the ham and swiss pretzel sliders and any of their iced lattes!
I drive out of my way because this location is so much better. I’m writing this specifically, because this is the first time I ever got the bagel bites and they were cooked all the way through. I never ordered them because none of the stores I’ve been to have ever cooked them all the way through, but I took the chance at this location and they’re actually cooked all the way through. that just confirms my point that this is the most superior location

Went to get coffee while we waited to make a few pickups. When I entered I was greeted, I placed my order in the kiosk. There were no other customers in the building. The counters were a mess despite 5 employees, and no customers. Cleanliness means a lot to me, personally and there is no reason employees don’t take a rag during downtimes and clean. Lastly, after the order was ready it was pushed to me. I said thank you, and the employee walked away from me without a response. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Always slow or not opened when they say they should be
I had a little drink trouble this morning, so I gave them a call and let them know. I came back to the store and Terry the manager on duty was so sweet about what happened. He immediately fixed me a new drink without any problem. I will always love this Dunkin! Thank you 🤗

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I was working and ordered ahead so that I could just grab my order and go. Got to the store and no order there. I was told by the employees that they don't do order ahead. So, I paid for my order and too bad it was most likely made up then thrown out. I showed them my order ahead receipt and then the one employee tells me someone else must have grabbed it. Finally she said she would give me a half dozen donuts, bit they didn't have what I ordered. Then she offered me a dozen because they didn't have the munchkins that I also had paid for. At that point I just wanted to get the half dozen and go. Worst customer service and most ridiculous experience ever. Maybe if you don't know how to deal with orders that are placed ahead of time you shouldn't offer it.
I have gone to this Dunkin at least 10 times. The coffee is always great but I’ve always ordered off the app. Well this visit we needed to ask a question about a drink and after 5 minutes standing at the register waiting (with multiple people walking by and not saying a single word), we just decided to got to one of FOUR Starbucks within 2 miles of this establishment.

Pre-order on the mobile app. Received notice of order completion including the order number. Arrived at the store on time. Was told by the staff our order was not filled,that they are too swamped and have sold out. My choices where to get a refund or wait 10 minutes for the order to be filled. I decided to wait 20 minutes only to be told our order was not filled and If I wanted a refund to call customer service. Customer service advised us it may take a week for our refund. There is a lack of extreme ownership by the manager. I will not be going back to this store and will also share my experience with my family and friends.

I go to this location all the time but 3 consecutive times I order the chorizo and egg wrap and it’s always served cold. Dissapointing and waste of money

By anyone’s standard, this is BURNT. I was told if they remade it, it would still be slightly frozen in the middle. This is unacceptable. I ONLY continue to go to this location because it is convenient to my home. I’m not doing that anymore. They huff and puff whenever they mess up an order and they NEVER give me a fork when the food requires it- I have to ask and they act like I’m asking for a kidney. Very disappointed in this.
