Don’t get me wrong. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but today I was very disappointed. I downloaded the app as a new customer because I have not downloaded it before due to seeing a sign in the drive-through is saying I get a free medium drink. I downloaded it. I made an account and I did not get a medium for a drink Staff was No help, but that’s not their fault. The manager should do a better job at teaching staff how to deal with these issues or they should take the sign down.

Had to use the bathroom really bad and the store I came to patronize didn’t have a public restroom. I stopped in here and they had a clean restroom. The store itself seemed clean as well. Unsure or food quality or service.

What the hell- smh! Last time I will order this item. The amount of bacon is unacceptable. Also the nonchalant guy at the window needs to go bring back the nice young lady that had a smile on her face each morning! She knows what she’s doing, greets her customers with a smile on her face. The guy they have now at the window doesn’t even say two words you just takes the money and hand you an order smh!
