It's crazy how people can work for money while being so slow, like what is management doing? Every time I come here it's 10+ minutes. Y'all cooking the food w a flashlight? Why is it taking so long?
Lazy staff. Was told they “weren’t allowed to make my drink” even though I get the same drink every day at any other location. I simply asked for cold foam and caramel on the bottom of my cup and in the middle of them pouring the drink into the cup.

Ordered a coffee via dunkin app. Got the coffee but it was not that warm. When asked to make is warm, they just warmed the same where the taste of coffee was lost. They could have brewed a new one. Not sure whether they do the same service for other customers or not. Not recommended for coffee at this location.

Update: they beat their own ranking now employees dont even know their own manu item names. I ordered begals mini all and all they game me begal toasted lol...trashed it confirming but I think ai am done qith this store
Changing to 1 star from 5... all teenagers working who have no idea how and what to do...either their app is dumb to let you order anything on menu or these teens are lazy to update what is not available...anyway don't use app for order...In rain I was dealing for 25 mins for 3 donuts

Everytime I come in here my order is messed up. 2 weeks ago I have to go all the way to Kannapolis parkway to get my drinks which they knew nothing about. Today 12/2 I had to wait for my drinks which and when I got it and got to the car is was WRONG. We pay all this money for yall to stay in business the lease yall can do is the orders CORRECT. The coffee taste burnt and bagel was extremely hard. I throw away the WHOLE order.

The workers aren’t always friendly and you have to ask for napkins if you want them. On the plus side the drinks are prepared to my liking so that’s why I keep going back.

The drive-thru line was long everyday we went. Service was slow. When we ordered food it was cold by the time we got it. I did order ahead, but didn’t place the order until I got in line. They made my drink wrong one morning as well.
