Came to pick up an order through the drive thru. Once I got there I completed my order on my phone so I could use my points. I was at the intercom for less than one minute.told them I was there for a pick up. Once I pulled around. The employee scream at me that I couldn’t place an online order in the drive thru. Being very rude. Saying something about there timer is in the red. What does that have to do with me and my order. The customer doesn’t know about timer so why would she yell at me about it. Then slammed the window doors closed in my face. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even know what to say back just, grabbed my stuff and left even the other employees were looking at her crazy. Won’t be back here ever again. Some serious training needs to happen here on how to handle customers !!

This is a bad location. Just as the other comments say; no greeting or acknowledgement, lackadaisical, slow moving, no sense of urgency, etc. I expected my very simple order to be wrong and of course it was… I just took it and went on my way. Just drive to the next one, they’re everywhere. Or better yet a reminder to stay small business when you can.

I waited several minutes, I wasn’t greeted, and I wasn’t acknowledged. Later an African American lady. Told me that I could order on the screen on the side, when I was waiting to for service. Which I made clear in a peaceful way. She later told me that she is clearly busy, and cant help me. My issue was that if she is way too busy, (which I can understand) she could’ve told me since the beginning to order on the screen so I would’ve have to be waiting. Which didn’t happen, hopefully she fixes her attitude or knows to how to serve better. But i wasn’t comfortable anymore never coming back again.

My boyfriend and I did a little experiment.
I never make reviews for places but this was an exception. I live right near Concord Mills and he likes to DoorDash me Dunkin’ from this location for breakfast. We discovered the matcha latte recently, as I don’t go to Dunkin’ often. The first time we DoorDashed it, I got a medium and had about an inch and a half missing from the top of the cup but we gave it the benefit of the doubt since it looked shaken. The second time we DoorDashed it, I got a large and the drink was literally missing HALF of the product. I was NOT happy. My boyfriend, being the sweet man he is, said that it might just be how they serve the drink.
We just DoorDashed the same second order while I’m at his house in Fayetteville and lo and behold… I got a full drink. THAT is how you serve a drink. The only reason why I am giving this 2-3 stars is because I genuinely like the drink and the food at Dunkin’. Next time, I will be getting my money back.

Working in the area and it’s the closest one. Everything I’ve gotten the few times I’ve went has been very obviously made with 30% effort. For example the maple bacon sandwich had normal bacon both times I’ve ordered it on top of only having 1 piece. The snackin bacon had sugar just sprinkled in the bag. Every other Dunkin I’ve been to it’s properly melted as candied bacon should be. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Customer service was awful! I went into the store to purchase an iced coffee. I waited for several minutes, while the employees talked and made drinks for themselves. Just to then be asked why am I just standing there. Not once was I greeted by anyone. I shared with the employee that I was waiting to be helped..he responded “oh okay” and proceeded to do what he was doing. No apology, no may I help you, no anything. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. So disappointed with this experience.

I got my kids food at this location they gave us turkey sausage egg and cheese it was cold meat was not even heated the cheese was just there not melted the egg was not even hot it was just cold this is the worst Dunkin donuts i have ever had

The xl used to fill my Yeti cup. Now they shortened the cup and it seems thinner to me. Anyways now my Yeti is 2” short of my morning coffee. Pay attention we are getting shorted
I was charged for items i didn’t order and pointed it out but they didn’t try to take the item off on top of that the items were not even made correctly and i had to have them remake it 3 times for them to tell me to go to the front they will bring it out 20 minutes later no one shows im never coming again

Apparently because they got a “drive thru timer” ya aren’t allowed to take a moment to read the menu. Don’t see the point of having one posted up if you expect every customer coming through to have a menu memorized. This is not our home Dunkin & we weren’t given any grace to look at what we wanted, told maybe we should have gone inside (God forbid we use the drive thru that’s there for the purpose of not having to get out). Being RUDE without being given a reason to be.. just disrespectful. Then my order was wrong. That tracks.
