Everytime I come in here my order is messed up. 2 weeks ago I have to go all the way to Kannapolis parkway to get my drinks which they knew nothing about. Today 12/2 I had to wait for my drinks which and when I got it and got to the car is was WRONG. We pay all this money for yall to stay in business the lease yall can do is the orders CORRECT. The coffee taste burnt and bagel was extremely hard. I throw away the WHOLE order.

Service here is super slow! I order on the app and do drive through pickup and there is usually a long wait to get the order even if it’s empty. The workers aren’t always friendly and you have to ask for napkins if you want them. On the plus side the drinks are prepared to my liking so that’s why I keep going back.

The drive-thru line was long everyday we went. Service was slow. When we ordered food it was cold by the time we got it. I did order ahead, but didn’t place the order until I got in line. They made my drink wrong one morning as well.
