Been waiting in line for 30 minutes. The two people behind the counter could literally care less and move so slow.But I just met with the manager who was very sweet so I put two more stars ?
Coffee and donuts were good. Service was fast but get there early in the morning or it can be really busy. You can also submit an order the night before, leave it on your Great Wolf Lodge door, and have it delivered to your room in the morning
The coffee and munchkins were great, but they arrived over an hour after they were requested on the nightly hang tag form. The only explanation was "we're short staffed." I understand that that can happen, but I was really looking forward to hot coffee.
