Service would have been five stars but when me and my son went to use the restroom and came back our table had been cleared by the bus boy before we even started eating

Just enjoyed breakfast, and it was delicious! The menu had classic breakfast favorites, but everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. A simple meal done right!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but my experience was just baffling. We have eaten at famous toastery before so we normally order as soon as we sit because most times we get the same thing. Today after the gym we came in for just omelette and oatmeal. We ordered and waited about 35-40 mins. We saw our waitress walk by so my husband asked about our food. She said the kitchen is backed up but she will talk to them. 2 mins later a guy walked out with the omelettes….on dirty plates!!! The food from the prior meal was still caked on and you could see the towel marks and attempt to dry clean the plates. I am absolutely furious because my husband has allergies that can send him into shock. I get being busy but the massive liability you take on when your staff doesn’t understand cross contamination is wild!! To top it off, our waitress said “I don’t think it’s dirty” when there is obvious debris from the prior meal. PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

We ordered take-out about an hour ago (receipt attached in the photo). When we got home, we noticed that the item I circled on the receipt — OTS Sausage Gravy White — was missing from our order. Unfortunately, we couldn’t call because the restaurant was already closed after 3 PM, and it made no sense to drive back. The order was fully paid for, but part of it was not provided.

Also, please note that we asked the cashier if there was a Military discount. She confirmed there was, and even after my husband showed his Military ID, the discount was never applied.

We had breakfast here. The food was quite good. Waitress service was a bit slow but not unacceptable. Prices are in line with other similar restaurants. One minor annoyance was with food delivery, our waitress immediately asked if everything was OK. We asserted but really hadn't had time to see all aspects. She then disappeared for several minutes. In the meantime, we realized there was no butter for our toast.

Came in this afternoon and ordered an eggs Benedict which last I recall the poached eggs were supposed to be runny?… My friend and I got the same thing, waited 20 minutes for a meal that was 1) kind of cold and 2) wasn’t a poached egg, it was a medium boil. We didn’t have time to wait for a replacement meal due to having to work but definitely disappointed and will not be back.

Despite the mediocre service, I can't wait to go back. The food alone gets 5 stars but the service drove it down. I have driven by several locations and have always heard great things but being Gluten Intolerant, I just never thought to myself that they'd have so many things for me here. My Mom and Step Dad suggested we go here while we were out and about yesterday so we went and I couldn't believe their menu. I was in heaven and didn't know what to choose. I went with their Power Protein Bowl but I'll definitely be back for some of their gluten free options like wraps and waffles. It's rare to find a place that offers these things!
I won't be back to this specific location though. I'm not here to bash a business, however I was in the serving/bartending industry for many years. I was also a trainer. Someone needs to inform the servers that long hair needs to be out of servers faces for one. One of our servers was constantly flipping her waist length hair out of the way of plates the entire time we were there. Some were dismissive in the middle of trying to ask a question. (I can only assume they all help out because we had maybe 3 different servers at our table with tablets at any given time). Bathrooms were a mess and there wasn't toilet paper and this was at noon. The place wasn't even busy. I'll try another location next time. Hopefully it's not company wide.

Very weak service, the coffee you have to ask to keep bringing, the mimosas has no know, a weak regular coffee.
