We love Kim. My boyfriend & I come often for breakfast without the kids on Saturdays and Kim is awesome! Food is always fresh & comes out FAST!! 10/10 recommend!!

Overall it's ok. Potatoes could've been crispier and the mimosa had pulp in it which is something I never encountered before. The server was fantastic though.

Went here with family from out of town... it was only 5 of us. They seated us in the back room. Everything was fine until we were in the middle of eating. They asked if we wanted boxes, and about 5 minutes after they brought the boxes, they asked us to leave or move to another table... it was pretty rude and embarrassing. So we quickly had to finish our drinks and leave. If they needed the room, we could have sat in the main dining area from the start, so we wouldn't have had this awkward interaction.

Updated review: There has definitely been a shift here, the service and the atmosphere is great and the food was sooo good! Shout out to the current manager and team at this location. I believe the manger is Marie, she is outstanding and the staff definitely follow her example.

NO CAP, I CREATED A GOOGLE ACCOUNT JUST TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW. This Famous Toastery is hands down one of the best spots around! The vibe is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely delicious. I had NOT ONE BAD THING TO SAY! My family really enjoyed our time! Definitely will be back.

I went there last Saturday, the food was amazing and quick. Sam, Kayla, lyndsee, and Kim were amazing servers they all checked in on my table and made sure my coffee was always filled. Will be back again next Saturday to bring the fam.

I don't want to say I don't recommend this place because they do have some good items on the menu. My biggest no is the breakfast prices. it was $44 for me and my girlfriend to have 2 cups of coffee, French toast, 1 order of sausage, 1 order of eggs, a queish, and a side of French toast. it was decent but not $44 decent. She wanted the strawberry crepes but didn't want the chocolate and asked if the chocolate could be left out and was told no that it was already in the crepe which tells me that they are not made fresh but either premade or freezer bought. then charging $13 to $17 for food that is most likely not even being made fresh. Again the people are really nice and they do have some good menu items but the pricing for us was what hurt our review.
Wife and came in, really friendly and great service. Huevos Rancheros was awesome and wife really liked her avocado toast. Cappuccino was good to, we'll be back š

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE by the manager none the less ~ I will never order from or eat at the store again. I order Uber Eats from this store and the left an item when I called the manager answered and said yeah there is a bag here are you coming to get it? No apology no can I make you something fresh since you have to drive to pick it up ~ then I called back to tell them Iām not gonna come 30 minutes to get it and told her she was rude on the first call and she wanted to argue and over talk me Dina (I think that was her name she only gave it when answering the phone and not when asked) has horrible customer service skills and should be fired!

I stop by this location of the Famous Toastery at least 2 to 3 times weekly. My favorite is an egg white omelet with spinach, peppers, onions, and pepper jack cheese, with sides of potatoes and wheat toast! It's always very good, but today the food was extra special! The omelet and potatoes and yes, even the toast were cooked - prepared and presented in a superior manner! The food was incredible! Thank you to the Chef and the front reception staff that are always so pleasant and helpful! Excellent food and service at the Branchview location of Famous Toastery! šš»šÆš
